This one will read DAHAO files as well as the JUKI *.VDT file format.

Would it be possible to create a program to sew a triple bartack in one operation?

Yes. Definitely possible...you would create one tacking pattern, cut, jog to the beginning of the next pattern, create second pattern, cut, jog to the beginning of third pattern,create, etc...etc...it will sew all three in one shot. May make a video of that this week. Dali.
