With smithing, if you have noted bars in your invo, you can use them on a bank booth or banker to have them unoted. This is quite a bit faster than having to go into your bank and withdraw more bars. Banking takes all of a second with this method
Chopping magic logs in the woodcutting guild isn’t the best place to do it since you only get a +7 woodcutting boost. If possible, it’s better to find a group of people chopping magic trees elsewhere, as you get a +1 boost for each person chopping the tree up to +10, making that 4 minute tree timer get you more logs before getting chopped down.
@@OSRSGalaxy With forestry they changed it, trees fall on a timer rather than based on each time a log is chopped, so each tree is 3 minutes and 54 seconds of AFK chopping.
mmm u kinda also missed runecraft ? imho blood runes are the way to go. its also semi afk. but still can net up to a whopping 600k/h or for me 400-500 cuz im a bit more lazy and slower. im still making my skiller. but im really thinking blood runes for more afk. and thieving for active gp/h
The setup of OSRS skills is wild. How is endgame Mining with a level 92 requirement 25k exp/hr and 416,000 gp/hr? That's absolutely pathetic on both fronts. Smithing level 99 required to make tier 40 Rune armour (this one I understand being something from day 1, but still...)? Meanwhile other skills make more than 10x the exp and/or gp whilst also being more entertaining via mechanics or drops etc..
Yeah I don’t really know how they base the amount of gold/xp you get per activity. I always figured if it was super afk you won’t make gold and if you have to hardcore focus you will make more. Smithing definitely needs a rebalance because of the whole rune armor aspect!

I don’t do these methods at work since I am not on a computer during work. I know a lot of people that play at work. Especially if you have a work from home job.
You could have RS pulled up in a small window on a separate screen at any desk job or wfh job. Obviously you dont just have a full screen runelite client pulled up. My Gf inspects stores, and 2 days a week, she has 7 hours of different Zoom calls. There are a lot of situations like that.

Wearing a lightbearer increases the special efficiency atk’s on Dragon harp/axe a lot. Keeps ur stats always boosted

the best afk option while at work is to spend the $$$ made at work on a gold farm site. E.G: Make $50/hr at work = 250mil per hour!

I haven’t done much research on the forestry update! I figured the more chopping the tree it might fall down faster making it less afk.
