Solo crims can be up good again in 4.0
In 3.0 things were locked behind sprays and apps. It looks unlikely that they will repeat that kind of gatekeeping. So there's not really a NEED to create a gang or to be in 1.
So it would also work out well for Zerkaa with his busy schedule. He can come back whenever and always just hang out with anyone. Instead of coming back and needing hours of circle talk to get meta unlocks about the issues in his gang. And if he does join something, not being a leader would probably also be much more fun for him.

@@taste9530 Exactly, you don't NEED it. You can be a solo crim be fired from all civ jobs (because youre a criminal) and do jobs with different groups. You don't need to have a hand in every pie.

You definitely need a crew of some sorts to progress even if it's a small 1 to progress, but I don't think he wants that anymore.
Racing/Heist crew will probably be more fun for Tommy T but who knows
He should stay solo for the time being then obviously go down the route of having a crew whether he goes to join a gang or makes his own crew of people. CG would be a perfect fit for Tommy I think there's a perfect mix of great RP and progression from that group alone.

Like this, you can see tommy being super uninterested in the rat race of getting money fast. Its like the opposite of who he was in 3.0.
I just think he got too used to not having to grind at the end of 3.0 that it isn’t a thought of his anymore

Even at early 3.0 he still wasn’t racing to get loads of money. For example a lot of the time he would just chill around apartments chatting to new people. Think he’s just more refreshed by the new server and so really wants to enjoy the ride again

Dundee is trying to set up the racing scene. Think he could enjoy that a lot. There's no racing app so Dundee just created his own beginner track and thought it to people. STE and Vince also participated in the first one for money.

Tommy needs to get his money up a bit more, I like that he doesn’t grind and chooses rp over grinding but he needs to do some sort of grinding each day, especially as he’s not around everyday for hours like others

Hes gone the variety streamer route from the start opposite of his long term plans at 3.0s start. Now if this is a sign of how long he'll rp in 4.0 or if he has different plans, who knows, but one things for sure that you can't truly progress in 4.0 without a group of people.
Funny how he things it's a struggle when Tommy has done more then half of the people in the Mandem with limited time on the server.
