Just a little tip from a nutritionist, I wouldn't recommend having such a big serving of chia seeds for a baby, since chia seeds are very rich in soluble fiber which means they can expand with water in our intestines and cause intestinal blockage, especially in babies that have smaller bowels. The oats , berries , whole wheat bread and avocados already have really high amounts of fiber for a toddler's meal.

This is honestly so unrealistic for me even though you made it look easy. I barely have time to cook (also have a 4 year old). Wishing my breastfeeding 14 month old would let me put him down and my 4 year old would stop jumping off the walls so I could feed them full balanced meals three times a day. Admittedly making sure they eat three times a day with all food groups is a challenge for me and I’m inundated with guilt 🤧 but definitely keeping these meal ideas in the cards for when I can gain more control of my life as a mom of two, haha. i struggled with 3 of my 4 kids not wanting to eat... but now..as young children n teenagers, they won't stop! hungry all the time!😂
