Excellent tips! I've been following almost all of these for the past few months and I'm slowly feeling the difference in my body. You have no idea how the first two tips saved me time and money. They also force you to eat healthy since you don't have the excuse of not having time and reaching for junk food.

You're so right about prepping food as soon as you get from the grocery store. It does help a lot. I'm super lazy, and when I do that I don't give myself the chance to justify going out to buy stuff when I already have food ready to eat or cook -if the lettuce is washed and disinfected or some stuff are individually stored ready to be taken out and cooked. The rest of your tips are also super informative and helpful, I'll definitely try to follow more of them. Thanks! ;)

I don't plan on EVER consuming meat/meat products again, regardless of whether or not I'm pregnant. There are millions of vegetarian/vegan women who give birth to perfectly healthy babies, and when that time comes, I will be sure to do my research to ensure that both me & the baby will be healthy & happy :) xo
Leyla could you do a vlog on your meal plan for the week. Take us to the grocery store with you, show us what you look for, clips on how to cook these meals and what they look like when they're finished. I work & go to University full time and it's so frustrating finding meals that I can cook in advance and take with me. Any tips would be helpful!

But what I personally struggle with and see many others have the same issue is to find good and healthy and convenient ideas for lunch boxes. I agree with you on the soda thing. In the beginning it was hard, but I knew I had to do it cause I drank too much diet coke and got massive stomach pains of it.I stopped drinking it competely and my stomach hasn't hurt after! I know it's hard cause I've gone trough that but trust me, it's possible. Just because it's zero calorie doesn't mean it's harmless!

Same here! I stopped drinking soda as well and I am glad I did because my stomach would always be bloated plus the amount of chemicals in it was just ridiculous, all of the things they put were later found to be cancer causing too.
Soda is my addict for sure. I had a time when I cut it from my diet for a good month but with time my bad habbit came back. Now when I'm focus on my body, on that what is healthy and good for me I left that.. with no regrets. I can control it, I know whot it does to my body. If you could just.. make a video about sodas becasue people simple don't know why is is so bad. I love your videos, luxy, fit and vlogs. :)

You can eat almonds, peanuts. Other snacks that are healthy too are some cruditees: Carrots, celery with a little bit of hummus. I hope that's helping you :). Have a good day.
Start slowly & with basic/easy recipes. There are thousands of resources online. Just do a quick UA-cam/Google search on easy recipes, and I'm sure you'll find tons of ideas :) Good luck! xo
i read your comment and i was sure you live in romania :)) I live in romania and you are 100% right. My income is higher than yours but i still find teh fruits and veggies very expensive here. we are in may and still no summer fruits in markets. This is why romanians eat bread and potatos with every meal.
Hi Leyla! Great tips! I got question. In one of your previous videos you mentioned that you want to have kids in couple years. Are you gonna avoid meat during the pregnancy? That is very tuogh question for me. I can do whatever I want with my health, but I dont want my child have anemia or something else. I khnow you are not a doctor, but what are you gonna do?
The soda thing is the biggest factor. I "stopped" (i end up having a dr pepper like once or twice a month. But its better than two a day like before!!! Ahh i know!) but I used to feel a certain way after i would drink a soda and also eat fast food. Id feel gross. Now i have cut out as much fast food as possible and soda almost completely. I definitely feel better !!

We regularly miss meals or eat too fast, which can put a great strain on our gastro-intestinal tract; we eat diets rich in refined sugar, cholesterol and salt ( which appeal to our sense of taste ) and low in fiber, which puts a strain on the eliminative processes as these types of food remain in the colon for a long time, increasing the risk of a build-up of toxins.

It's hard to stick to them, I do good for like a month and then I fall back to the bad habits. I did good with the soda I was SO addicted to diet coke for like an entire year (without even realizing it) so I did good for 6 months I felt back to it, but now I only have during the weekend.
because when your body has a low pH, that is a good base to all disease to grow or enzymes don't work properly. but when your pH is high, when its alkalized no disease can prosper. there are a lot on the internet about this. :)

I usually out orange slices and ice in my water, and it had really helped me to cut off soda from my diet, now I don't drink soda anymore :)
