U don't have to go to Western just because u have a felony. Lots of companies hire felons, depending on what the felony is, & how long ago it was. Your pay is less than half of a Southeast regional driver for anyone else, like literally!y half of what you would make as a regional driver at Crete and Crete doesn't pay drivers what they are worth.
Turn towards trouble & try not to over steer. Small movements to correct the problem. Also when yu can go to TA or truck stops during the day while it’s empty and practice your backing in diff parking spots. This helps as well.
@@M.Dawg.ThugginOnce you see the spot you want. Get close and make sure you’re straight. When your driver side door is in front of the spot NEXT to the one you want, turn hard right (3oclock). Then quickly turn hard left. Check your mirrors and once you see the back end of your trailer at an angle in front of the spot you’re aiming for, then put the truck in reverse and turn the wheel hard left (towards the “problem”. You want to get as close to the truck you can see but also gage and be careful. Get out and check to make sure you’re not too close to the truck you cannot see. As you go back again, make sure you’re close to the side you can see. As your trailer straighten out then you can see both sides and from there it’s straight back. If you have to pull up a few time as you’re backing please do so. Eventually you will become more confident.
@@M.Dawg.Thugginalso remember while you’re backing you want to walk it in there. So turn that wheel accordingly. Not all trucks require hard turning, you have to learn your truck and how much that trailer moves when you turn your wheel.

My situation was similar to yours. I started driving before Covid in 2015. I was driving for C R England on a dedicated route before I had gotten into a very serious accident that sidelined me from trucking for 7 years. The other driver whose fault it was car was totaled and he had the pleasure of the company paying to get him another vehicle which resulted in my termination. I was just glad to walk away with my CDL’s, not kill anyone, with the hope of potentially being able to return later down the line to trucking, if god permits it. My plan is to drive for western express as a company driver to get the experience again and in the meantime acquire my tanker, and hazmat endorsement, switch companies and get to the real bag. I’m prepared to take my lumps the first year cause most tanker companies want you to have a year of experience.

Hi, are the camera's inward facing ?
Both
Your pay is less than half of a Southeast regional driver for anyone else, like literally!y half of what you would make as a regional driver at Crete and Crete doesn't pay drivers what they are worth.
You might as well go company lil momma
Any advice for someone struggling with backing?
Turn towards trouble & try not to over steer. Small movements to correct the problem. Also when yu can go to TA or truck stops during the day while it’s empty and practice your backing in diff parking spots. This helps as well.
@@LadiieeLuck333 thank you
@@M.Dawg.ThugginOnce you see the spot you want.

@@LadiieeLuck333 hahaha thank u! I wanna get that 3 month’s experience so bad!
You're getting paid from city limit to city limit. Anything past the city limit you don't get paid.
No true. Maybe company idk but it’s not like that will lease at least not me

I thnk it’s about 120 hours
@@LadiieeLuck333 thank you
Can’t we cover the cameras?
No not while you are driving it will keep screaming at yu to take watever is in front of the camera down. And if yu don’t move it the shit will ping the office and then the higher ups will blow ya phone up telling you not to do that. But I do cover mines up everytime I stop I put my hat over it.
How are they not blowin your phone up for making a vlog while driving?? Forward facing cameras somebody should be saying what are you doing 😂
and they just got sued for not paying for training
Proof?
That's funny cause I got paid for training. Orientation is not paid but training is paid, you were told wrong my friend
Lease is a scam overall. Don't do it.
They probably are paying zip code to zip code
