Mike Aulby and Jason Belmonte are the only players to win the career "Super Slam". They won all five majors. (PBA, US Open, T of C, USBC Masters, Players)
I think back then they offered attire and equipment contracts, so I think he was on the shirt staff at that point but not the ball staff. I remember him throwing other non-Brunswick stuff in the 93-95 era.
That's because the PBA was way more successful and making way more money than it is today. They used to televise every Saturday at 3pm for I dont know how many weeks in a year. It's too bad it's not as popular as it once was I loved watching it

Great crowd. Boy they loved PBIII!
2:51 Bo strikes again....lol. Someone needs to actually count up the exact times he's jinxed someone...it has to be a scary big number
One of the most emotional and CLUTCH performances ever in a title match
ITS THE PBA BOWLING MANIA!
Aulby throwing a cuda-c when he was a Brunswick staffer. Not sure if I’ve seen that again.

The ball never came close to Healey's ankle on that gutter shot. He just sent the shot too wide.

Bizarre that one of them got no spares at all, 10 strikes and 2 opens.
Do you have any PBA senior events from 1996?
Andrew Phillips yes I do on Flobowling
the first, second, and title matches were exciting and very close
Andrew Phillips George N. Pappas and Ernie Schlegel have bowled some awesome matches
it was an amazing title match
How amazing was it?
Hate when a terrible break gives a title to another player.....especially a left hander. Spaulding got screwed.
SEE YOU ON THE NEXT LEG: SATURDAY MARCH 23, 2024 SO UNTIL THEN HAVE A GOOD REST OF THE YEAR SO LONG TAKE GOOD CARE BYE-BYE!
mike aulby threw some clutch strikes including a key double in the tenth to win the brunswick world tournament of champions and completing the triple crown
Andrew Phillips asshole
🖕🏼
Spaulding with two absolutely terrible breaks to lose that title match (three if you count Aulby's great break as another terrible break). Brutal.
Spaulding missed a spare. That’s what cost him the match.
The are hanging from the rafters
How does an amatuer get in the Firestone tourney of champions????Next thing you know they will rig it for a broad to win.
Bo explains it if you had listened. US amateur champion.
Unfortunately, no longer the Firestone.
Horrible break.... a pocket hit a 7 -10 split
