Whom ever he was, Dave saved his ass from getting a beat down from the bouncers!! It was nice back in the 70s and 80s when you could get up onstage with the band!!!!
Yep...i was there to... and we all thought the same. . The poor bloke was only trying to have some fun. Good on Dave for letting him join in. A brilliant gig.
Can’t sing , can’t play , bad dress … Ain’t that what punk is all about ? I think Johnny Bultler’s comment is a compliment . Maybe he’s a Genesis fan and admires Phil Collins … Maybe
@@peterpinsent9304 well no it isn't, because a politician is relatable to the public and it's interests, this is a show where you have to be at a certain standard for people to acknowledge your good, and believe me this guy rat is regarded as one of the best punk rock drummers so my reply saying 'be as good as him, then criticize' I think it's very valid. I mean this drumming isn't jazz or pop .. it's punk rock so it's an art in itself, so if your looking for Phil Collins then your in the wrong place
Well done,Dave, looking after fan.I was there that night.Enjoyable, first Damned gig.
I was there last night and I think Dave was a absolute Legend the way he dealt with the stage invader
Totally classy move by Dave!!!
@@stevepoptones6675 Just wonder who has was, was he connected to one of the other bands that night?

This was great last night - brilliant gig and topped off with Dave showing what a decent bunch of blokes they are.
@@stevepoptones6675 Yes things have certainly changed, but this is the Hammersmith Apollo. Can't figure out if he was very young or just very small?
So awesome how Dave handled that man
Aye that the spirit of punk rock
Love 💘 it
Yeah I was there last night absolutely brilliant how he let him have his 2 minutes of fame 👍👍
I paid to see the Damned, not a twat who spoilt what should have been the most iconic song of the set .
Wooo.
Wow, I LIVE for that moment with the kid on stage, singing with Dave!!
The legend continues...
You’ve gotta take the Damned as they come it’s always been that way and it’s wonderfully chaotic 🤪🤪🤪👍👍👍🤣🤣🤣
i was there great show
Fenix
I honestly thought the stage crew had knocked him out as they had in on the floor for ages

Same, the way the doormen were looking at each other I thought it was gonna be a case of getting the guy on a stretcher
Is it Rat on drums ?
Original line up so yes
@@peterpinsent9304 🥁🐁🥁🐁💥😹
It was rehearsed.
And you know that because?..
Ridiculously sparse stage
Rats drumming is outta time.
That was the worst rendition of new rose i have ever heard my goodness
What atrocious drumming
sell a gig out, Get on stage in front of thousands and play and then make stupid comments like that
