Oh my god, the 拌面!!!!! I studied abroad in Fuzhou and the banmian are some of the best noodles I've had in my life! There was this one hole in the wall store that had the best peanut sauce, none of the others could compare!
I've had some really authentic Chinese food outside of China, but I never had those banmian again. If I ever end up in NYC I need to go there!

I went to multiple vegan dim sum places when I visited NYC Chinatown. Idk about gluten free.

Unfortunately, I am Glutten Intolerant. It's good to know they do have Vegan dim sum. Next time in NYC I'll look then up and see if GF is available as well
