- I had one of the best Korean seafood pancakes in New York!! Later that day I flew out to Chicago for some more food! And then I flew back to New York. After a long travel journey, on my way back home, I got hungry. So I thought I'd show you some home cooking! This man is enjoying his fast metabolism while he can. Go for it dude. Go for it.
It's not metabolism, he works out a lot.
But Gary Holland is not entirely wrong either. Mikey’s genetics probably allow him to digest most of the food fairly quickly regardless of age. I was always chubby growing up and I didn’t even eat a lot. I had to cut half my caloric intake when I turned 32.
He was like working out while most of people are sleeping at 5 o'clock (I once see from a video when he was in Vietnam, he was running outside while the sky still dark) . You can see the result from his muscles, they are thick and hard, definitely different from non-work out people.
Good for him. He is blessed

Thanks for this vid! One of my favorite childhood memories was when my parents would take us to China town on the weekend. My mom loved introducing us to different foods. German mom and Missouri dad with their kids in China town getting different spices, trying new foods and experiencing a different culture.

Aw, I wish we got some more Chicago! I've lived here in the Chicago burbs my whole life but I have no idea what's good in Chinatown because my parents are super unadventurous people. Now that I'm more independent I can try foods they won't eat. Like tofu!

Hi Mikey. I absolutely LOVE watching your videos, they're ALWAYS great videos!!! The problem I have is where I live. I live in a small city named Rouyn Noranda in northern Quebec (Where POUTINE originated from :D ) where the only type of restaurants are pizza,burgers and of course POUTINE!! I grew up in a big city where I was surrounded by many different cultures and many types of restaurants. I miss that SO MUCH!! Being able to go to restaurants and order out food with different flavors from different cultures is something I enjoy ...well,..just as much as you do :D . When I watch you eat, it's obvious how much you're enjoying the food. You've basically become my source to food from other cultures, so thank you for that. :)
I miss being able to enjoy foods like that...I miss it SO much!! ANd let's face it...making it yourself,at home IMO...just doesn't compare. lol

You came to Chicago almost a year ago and I missed it. But the first restaurant you went to, I forgot the name, literally skimp you on the filling and is only for people who never experienced dumplings and or wontons before

Finally in Chicago! It's a little touristy, but check out either of the 2 Joy Yee's, one is a huge food menu + boba shop and the other is hotpot and ramen! Also there's a pretty good Xi'an place, good pork buns

You know how some people make big purchases on impulse when they step into a store to eye shop. Your channel is kind of like those stores for me. Your videos "inspired" me to do a solo trip to japan. I spent close to 2 grand just on food in 7 days there. after watching this, I have to get to Elmhurst, Flushing and Chicago. I live in NY. Is it crazy to go to Chicago for a day trip for food? hahha
Mike there was no need to wait for Joju Bowl. They served the rice bowls in the main restaurant. So you can order either their sandwhiches or rice bowl.
