Idk where they are but some places and cultures do put foreign customers down or refuse service all together. I'm not saying it's good or right but that's just how they are it's one of the reasons while I'd like to visit some cultures I dont because I already feel like I'm not a person at times in my own place.
I hate places that you pay, plus tip before you get I want to tip based on the service I'll get, not the service I'll possibly get.
Back in my days tips were optional and they showed what a good service I got from the waiter. Now they are mandatory in some places, pain

Dude there are 3 of those things roaming around my area. Granted we have like 2 telsa dealerships but it's hilarious seeing them out and about. They look like absolute trash.
