I have a screen recording of the entire event itself, from her implementing the donation goal to when she leaves out of tears of joy... THIS TIME, IT IS NOT EDITED...

Due to her illness she has a nurse come to her house regularly and needs plasma injections weekly but due to covid plasma is running low so please donate if you are able.
_On my way to book an appointment to a Blood and Plasma donation center_
@@immaguy7905 Can't do both. When you donate blood, there is a period of time that you must wait to replenish your red blood cells and during that time you cannot donate plasma
She won't get better, not without some serious advancement in the medical research of CVID. Her condition is for life and a wildly guessed median age for women is 44 years, which means half of women suffering from CVID die before 44, and half after that. That number will most probably go up with progress in research, but how fast is hard to say. To even have those chance, she needs frequent immunoglobin infusions (from once a week to once a month) that are extracted from donated plasma, and needs to be kept away from as many diseases as possible (hence why she's stuck at home and bedridden most of the time).
It's sad, but that's the reality. However, it's amazing that in this day and age with the available technology, Mouse is able to entertain herself and earn money, basically being a normal member of society. Never give the internet a goal, they take it as a challenge and will overachieve if possible.
Which can be really good
2:49 she's so focused on what she's saying it took her until 3:11 to realize the bar went HALFWAY COMPLETE
Odds are she was reading off a script she wrote to explain the goal as its not something a person can generally just tell people off the cuff and wasn't really watching her stream.
@@dixieduffy7 i don't think so. Pretty sure it's because she was adjusting her avatar
Anyone with a physical disability/health issues knows how mousy feels, it's hard to feel normal when you can't do what others can, or needed special assistance. Even my disability (I'm an albino) which doesn't limit me nearly as much as hers does used to make me feel very embarrassed, and ostracized from the 'normal' people around me to go through life feeling that way, and to finally have a supportive fanbase like she does must be the most precious achievement of her life, and I'm truly happy for her.
Father's spine had been degrading over the years. Blood circulation makes it difficult for him to grab things, and spine damage only lets him get up and walk for a few seconds every few hours. He's stated that he feels like a burden, so I only speak as a witness to these disabilities.
Yep, depression hits you like a truck
I had a severe asthma attack that damaged my heart and am being forced to retire at 30. I always have the lowest expectations for humanity but these moments here make me feel like there is some hope out there.
And I thought being Autistic made me feel socially isolated. Imagine not being able to use certain parts of your body, the things which exert your f*cking will, without constant assistance from others. Mousey, you are more Human than many will ever allow themselves to be. Your feeling pain is not entirely a weakness. It is a strengthener of empathy & compassion.
I have a disease that can't be cured and it's painful. Been sick for a long time. When your own body fails you, it's really hard to accept. You have to give up a lot of what you thought your life would be. Being sick is a full time job. Doctors, tests , infections, med, pain, hospital stays. It definitely can make you depressed. I admire Ironmouse so much. She brings hope to all of us. I am happy everyone is embracing her.
I didnt know about Mousey until a couple weeks ago and then I saw this. I thought she was just making a goal you always see in streams. After seeing shiesters like DarkSydePhil and others like him scamming their viewers, it makes you skeptical. Then you hear her say, "I have been bed ridden for many years." It hit so unexpectedly. Instantaneous waterworks and guilt not just from being skeptical at the start, but also not being there to donate when she streamed this lol.
It also helps that she had been streaming for years at that point so people knew she was telling the truth and at the same time already had dedicated viewers that could spread the word, and well that definitely damn well happened which led to her blowing up that year and her health improvement with her better success
Same here🤧
She is such an inspiration ❤️ hope we could all help her
Ironmouse: I need a new workspa-
everyone: Shut up and take my money!
6:46 is the most brutal tearjerker moment.
I was like oh this is sad and beautiful until that. After that I couldn't see anything else since my eyes become a fucking fountain.
It hurts to hear that man, it just hurts to see someone saying "Thanks for helping me feel more human"
@@YushinKaze all the stuff people take for granted
Yeah, compared to this, now Mouse has come a long way. She literally bought her own house, supports her family and covers her expenses herself. Literally UNO reverse card. And she's a lot comfortable on stream. Voice is a lot deeper and feels more natural. Streams are at different levels of quality.
6:36-6:49 YO WTF DID WE DO TO DESERVE SUCH A KIND HEARTED HUMAN IN A WORLD FULL OF CHAOS...SHE NEEDS HER OWN SECRET SERVICE PROTECTION.
we must protect her
Does Nux's Billy army count?
You mean a mouse?
@@liammercado1235 as a nux and mousey fan... yes
Just say the price
This further proves a point that I love to see. If you challenge the internet, you will almost always lose, especially in something like this. Get a large community and give them a donation goal for a cause, and watch it be SHATTERED, especially when reaching that goal could lead to more content and maybe even "better" content.
Nah. The internet wont win the challenge of making the US gov give its citizens recurring checks to help them pay bills
@@NoobGamer-mh4gj So have you heard of a welfare check?
@@VexStories many americans that still maintained their jobs during this pandemic arent qualified for welfare checks.
@@NoobGamer-mh4gj you can have a job and receive a welfare check (FYI) it's not just for the jobless
@@NoobGamer-mh4gj Yes because they make above a certain amount of money welfare is for those who have a job but don't make above a certain amount and a pandemic isn't really included in a welfare check
God damn that line. “Thanks for letting me feel human...” That makes me cry.
Not only because her fanbases’s generousness but also because of how genuine and overwhelmed Mousey must be feeling.
For someone as vulnerable as her - with her autoimmune disease and relative lack of outside interaction - it must be really hard to feel like people actually care about you.
But to see just how much her fan base cares about her and well-being and wants to help her in any way they can, despite none of them ever actually meeting her, is such a powerful thing to see.
this is the most precious shit... Her fans are wonderful people
Literally has to speed talk to try and explain the situation before the dono goal is done, still failed...
A good fail, the best type of fail.
"Task failed successfully" personified
When you realize the moments near the end where her model jumps to neutral position for a few seconds before re-engaging facial tracking is probably her wiping the tears from her eyes
Omg dude I don’t watch vtubers but Jesus Christ my heart bro. This has me in tears of joy not sadness or pity, we actually might have a little hope with humans like these. I’m so happy for her
Same here, I just believe them to be nothing more than people playing on the horny aspect of everyone with their words, avatars, and actions.
But with this one, Glubbable, and ex-TomboyVR, there is so much more behind many of them. Many of them are using this as an outlet for freedom and exploration of themselves. They don’t have to worry about whatever history they had; instead, they can put on this mask and be loved as they are.
Makes me wonder what will happen should I get a persona...
This makes 2020 a lot better
It feels interesting honestly, coming back to this video and her now winning things like Content Creator of the Year from TGA.
Yes, i just randomly came across this clip, i knew nothing about Vtubers, I have been subbed to Mouse for 31 months now, i fell hard down the Vtuber rabbit hole and i regret nothing.
6:03 Mousey says she wants a gundam exo-suit .. so she could go outside .... the feels !!
Maybe you don't know it yet, maybe Ironmouse herself doesn't know it yet, but... she's a super star. A real, genuine legend-in-the-making. Mark my words.
Well she's now the most subbed to female twitch streamer so you were right
Well, that aged perfectly lol
@@AnthonyJSullivan no know she IS the most active subbed streamer
You fucking called it
You said, man... You said it.
Damn. As someone who's going blind and deaf, a lot of what Ironmouse has to say hits deep. It's hard to talk about openly and a lot of days you feel like less than other people. Discovering her content and journey has been an emotional roller coaster
hope your doing well
Wish you the best with whatever comes your way stranger of the internet ❤
I don't know who you are, but I hope you're doing all right. ❤❤❤❤❤
Mousey’s dono bar: “243 days to go”
Chat: *WE ARE...SPEED!!*
You know!.....I’m a 31 year old guy, I’ve literally found out about mousie like....three hours ago and this puffball of pottymouthed wholesomeness has me sobbing!
GODDAMNIT!
Mouse: "It'll take about 243 more da-"
Chat: "You mean no more days? I think you mean no more."
*Dunks $2000 casually*
It's shit like this that restores my faith in the human race. Especially that gigachad who made half the freaking goal upfront
Seeing this again makes me so proud of her. I'm crying! She went from being bedridden and thinking "I also want to sit in chairs" to starting to walk on her own and conquering the entire Twitch platform as its queen! 😭😭😭
it's really funny coming back to an old clip of a streamer years later and you get to see how they became more comfortable being themselves
Me after seeing the donation bar fill up and go even further beyond in less then 10 minutes of a 243 day goal mark: *FAITH IN HUMANITY RESTORED*
Now this is what the internet was made for
YES
Ironmouse: I would like to raise 2000 dollars in 253 days so I can improve my workspace it would help me a lot
Chat: the best I can do is 9 minutes
I never knew she dealt with health issues. I just remember hearing voice while I was watching Nux play Among Us one time. I was familiar with her but I had never watched one of her streams. I was fighting back some tears because just hearing her talk about not feeling good about herself was painful to hear and it just occurred to me how we take so much for granted in this life
Call me a simp all you want, I'm gonna put all my savings into her.
Be smart. A quarter of it must go to food and internet. The rest goes to mouse. A dead weeb is no good for the army

She came a long way, last time I checked on her she produced 120k for charity, Mousey is really world famous now.
Mouse: so...
Everyone: we filled this random bar you put up here. What did you want to say?
I have not cried in years...this shit almost did me in. Sniffled a few times then sighed. Thank you to those who are and have helped iron out. The sad thing is she won't always be around so we should enjoy our time with her to the best we can.
nah cuz i straight up started sobbing. i just wanna protect her
im not crying, its just raining
homie you should probably see somebody about that... unless you're like living your best live then go off
Back to this video after 2 years and man how far mousey have progressed since then. Still cried at "Thank you for making me feel human"
Hearing that made me tear up cause of her condition
This piece makes me cry every time I see it. So wholesome, she is such a wonderful person and she deserves every bit of support her community gives her.
she sounds like the one girl from Angel Beats that wanted to do all the things she couldn't cause of being bed ridded
Only this time its real and we can actually do something about it instead of just watching. Sure, buying a new bed wont solve the real problems in her life, but it sure is better than nothing.
Tho I do hope that people who donated to her can actually afford to do that.
@@FerunaLutelou That's a hard problem to avoid when society relies on donations and charities to help less fortunate people. Feels like we need a more reliable and organized system for sending resources to the people who need them.
@@SubjectiveObserver well, the first and the biggest issue with donations is that its hard to keep track of the money and other donated resources. The most straight forward way of solving this is not just making the money trail of all donations trackable all the way, but making it easily accessable to the public.
Yui.
@@FerunaLutelou m8 Angel Beats! is real. It evoked stronger emotions in me than anything else I experienced around that time, and is the main reason my name is down to be chopped up for parts when I die. If your bar for reality is higher than having an effect on the real world, then I dunno what to say.
Mannnnnn, I dont watch or dig into the whole Vtuber thing.... But this girl, she deserves all the love. Go her.
Being a true fan of someone means more than donating for attention, pics, merch, or simping. When you donate you do it to improve the lives of these people who give their all for your entertainment. These are the moments the moments I love to see in streams. Bless you iron mouse and bless your community ❤️
Makes you wish we could give all the wasted moments to those poor souls that would kill just to be normal for a day
Cant help all of them, but helping some of them is already better than nothing.
Seeing where she was 3years ago, feeling embarrassed to speak about her condition, to now where she is a member of vshoujo, the face of the IDF Foundation . She sounds so much healthier now and has made so much progress thanks to the support of those around her, she has so much more confidence in her voice and now knows she doesn’t have to be embarrassed or scared.
She is a massive inspiration for so many people and I’m so happy to support such an amazing person.
