Indeed! I even saw an Xbox version of it the other week in cex and it didn't twig lol. I should have said, still feels like a ps2 / Xbox era game.. thanks for watching mate.
Some good games here, mate. Surprised about Final Fantasy XVI but I’m also not so surprised because they’re just so long. 😂 Congrats on 100 videos as well. What a milestone. 💪🏻
Yeah, I mean I dint think it's necessarily a bad game, and the more hack n slash side to it wasn't a surprise as I knew from IG, gameplay had split opinions, but I just possibly wasn't patient enough! And thanks mate, 100 has flown by!
I love both Aladdin games. But got me the MD game wins for art style, platform action and it just feels a bit more fluid to me. I've not played any of the spyhunters from that gen Paul. I think the rock game is only on Xbox in America. I'll have to check out some GP now. Congrats on your 100th vid mate. You're channel is brilliant. You're a natural 👍👍
I know what you mean about the MD version, it really does feel more fluid, the snes version makes the controls and jumping feel a bit more spongey for some reason, or that's how it feels anyway! That spyhunter was just a pleasant surprise really, wasn't expecting much but I've enjoyed a lot more than I thought I would! Far from perfect, but not bad at all! And thanks mate, really appreciate it,and thanks for watching!
Congratulations 🎊 on the 100th video. Keep it flowing, and as ever, I'll try yo be the 1st viewer or commenter. Skyrim / Luigi's Mansion 3 & power wash simulator my main October gaming
Thanks mate, as ever, I really appreciate your support and time, I'll do my best to keep them coming and get better! I never thought I'd say it, but Powerwash is an incredible game! Unbelievabley addictive!
I've been playing vagrant story, galerians and martain gothic reunification on ps1 this past month. Only other game I've played is FIA euro truck racer on ps4
Always wanted Vagrant Story! I once won an auction on Ebay for it, for a ridiculously low price, but the seller somehow got out of selling it can't remember how, but I wish I'd pushed for it now! What's Galerians like?
@pixelpaul_pxp it's an rpg game, but it has a mechanic where the character goes crazy over time due to your actions. It's hard to explain in a comment really but if you got a spare 5 mins, check out a video on it. It's honestly really good and a shame it didn't get the attention as other rpgs on the ps1
@pixelpaul_pxp definitely should have mate, vagrant story is definitely up there as one of the best ps1 rpgs. You playing rayman legends is a vibe too, I haven't played it for a while but I remember I loved it. Tried to 100% it but I'm not skilled enough for it. The music levels are great
I always remember it getting a big cover on one of the games mags back in the day, but I've never looked into it. I'll see if I can find a vid on it as it sounds interesting! Thanks for watching mate!
I feel you with the FF patience test matey - I normally love the franchise, but I've gone off it as I've gotten older due to lack of patience / time constraints. I'm just editing a video where I have the same opinion on a different franchise - I sat through a 15 minute cutscene only to be rewarded with 4 more cutscenes, then endless text boxes. I just turned it off. Glad to see you finally gave Stubbs a go, even if it wasn't your cup of tea.
@@pixelpaul_pxp spot on with Snake Eater - it was probably the worst opening to a game I've ever experienced. I love Stubbs for the fact of how daft it is, and you can play it with anybody - no skill required, etc.
2:50 Bomberman is anything but standard on the N64. They changed up the formula then. I don't think they had the "usual" Bomberman game until Switch. Even those on DS had RPG overworld or were party games.
@@pixelpaul_pxp They had some standard 3D Bomberman games on PS1 and Saturn, but during that era, Bomberman changed. There was even a kart racer where you rode the kangaroos. That game is weird, and the camera tilt is wild when you turn. It makes the action seem more lively.
I liked it when you described Stubbs the Zombie as a 'PS2/Xbox era' game because I was like 'yeah, it came out on the Xbox' 😂

Awesome work and GG on the games you played last month.
Thanks, and thanks for watching, appreciate it!
I like your calm delivery style!
Thanks! I'm not a shouty type so it's a chilled vibe all the way with my videos! Thanks for watching mate!

The beauty of this game is it's so relaxing and you can listen to audio books simultaneously
@theautisticwitcher64 agreed!
How does The Rock go to the toilet?
He Dwaynes his Johnson
Sorry!!
Great vid.... thank you 😊
Oh my... 😆 thanks for watching mate!

Those music levels are pure genius, love them!

@donaldmackerel at a guess that sounds just like Metal Gear Snake Eater! Though the first cutscene for that felt like an hour lol..
@donaldmackerel I liked Stubbs! Not the greatest but I dud enjoy it, mindless fun!

@donaldmackerel totally agree, I still not gone back to it to this day, and I loved MGS..
@@pixelpaul_pxp dude, you've literally just read my review word for word 😂

Think was the first 3d like Bomberman game too wasn't it?

Haha, I remember that! There was also Hardball for ps2 which I picked up recently.. 😆
