Peace to Mooji, Papaji & Sri Marahashi!! however this is where I check out at.. I hung in there w/ Mooji for the longest. my ex been stop listening to Mooji.. I love Mooji's message but I'm not a fan of his politics.. I can understand where his politics comes from w/out having to slander him, but I'm cool.. I would like to incorporate his same message & teach his message to those that can truly benefit from it, like me & my ex did at one time.. however I understand certain people in Mooj's audience need to be taught.. they need basic civilization b4 anything.. those sciences of the mind fall on deaf ears or deer in headlight ears w/ alot of those people.. yet that 'audience' is for politics as I see it.. I'm respectfully signing off & I hope Mooji sees the value in the 'quality' of people being taught & not the quantity of the people.. the Hon. Elijah Muhammad said b4 that if you get through to at least one person, you've done your job.. yet an entire Satsung & ain't nobody learning shit but how to ask silly questions in front of a camera, to me that's an exercise in internet media more than it is in truly teaching people.. my humble & professional insight on that tho.. yet may peace always be with my brother Mooji.. no doubt 👊🏾

Of explaining the inexplicable, conceiving the inconceivable and even imposing it under threat - of eternal damnation. Spirituality develops and reveals itself in everyday life, in coexistence, in the work of life, in the feelings that one feeds within oneself, in those that one provokes around oneself. In tolerance or intolerance, in reactions to losses, insults, problems in everyday life. In condemnatory aggressiveness or in welcoming understanding. In the sense of justice, in temperament, in character. Spirituality is not in belief, it is in conduct. Time ends up showing this to everyone. This dimension is not forever. Just as we entered, we left. And the dance continues. Nobody needs to believe it.
Growth always Hurts if the rate changes, change hurts. it depends on your attitude though, whether you must or not. When you must do something it is not hard. But and here it comes: Living means dying: Change means living- altering between plus and minus Not changing means not to live/die. It means death/life. 0 It's the sum of plus and minus. Both nothing and everything. Those are synonymes. Nothing doesn't exist. Death doesn't exist. Zero doesn't exist. 0 is total balance/not changing. For something to exist, it Has to change. The earth's rotation is nonexistent to us because it's constant. So it's like zero to us even though it's moving. That's it. Why does growth Hurt? Because our nature is 0/balance. We adapt to our surroundings. Once we adapt to our surroundings it doesn't hurt anymore. But then it becomes boring, so this boredom hurts. Before that the motivation and curiosity mitigated the pain. So life is always painful at the same rate... Only our consciousness is what changes it. But there's no consciousness without unconsciousness. Theres no free will yet there is. Our existence is a paradox. You are me and we are zero.
@@lohyoonmei5642 sorry just read it now, you could inform yourself about body structure and imbalances, our hips become stiff, the muscle tissue which is the boundary of and glued to your muscles, needs to be stretched whilst strengthening and or stretching the muscles. Dependant on your state, it could vary but from sitting it's usually best to stretch the frontal hip muscles. There are some basics you should understand, before doing this in order to prevent unnecessary damage. I'm gonna send you some channels that you can check out. You should try to listen to your bodys responses and rate your pain on a scale of 1-10. This goes for strength training as well as stretching, For daily and long lasting success, (no rest day needed) i would do low/mid intensity (pain scale 2-5), for immediate short term effects (with rest days) 5-7... You can go up to 9 but wouldn't recommend if you want to move around during the day and go with your usual schedule. Inform yourself on the nervous system and the Activation of the sympathicus and parasympathicus. Sympathicus is alerting and preparing the muscles before training, short intense stretches best before workout !Also activated by breathing in or intensely Parasympathicus is calming and best after workout, long, light stretches. ! Activated by breathing out/ calmly
