I realised that I don't have to work so hard. I quit, and started giving time to myself and PPL around me. I love meditation with Monica Sehgal's Smiles team. I remain with my body, breath and mind for 2-3 hours. I m loving it and my life has completely changed. I teach a child of my maid. I feel that I don't need so many things, whatever I have is enough for next 100 years. I love saying thank you to each of my body part for being healthy and fearless. I teared up watching this video cause I resonated with all 9 points. It did not happen overnight , it started around November last year after a meditation retreat by the beach. The transition has been so intense these past 6 months to a point that i am amazed and shock I’ve become this person that’s listening to chanting of mantras instead of party songs etc. I was exposed to a lot of spirituality, seva, nature and meditation as a child but got lost in the middle and hit rock bottom in all aspects of my life last year. I am resonating myself! It happened long back in my life but I never realised why it was happening. I am the person who never liked to read until 6 months before. I considered it boring and stuff for intelligent people only but now, i loooove reeeeeading books! I have started reading so many books on different topics and created a big list of books to buy, read and keep them for generations! I spent my maximum time with nature and myself. HI, thank you so much for sharing this video with us. I truly appreciate it. Most of these things i've felt this way since I was a kid but could never make out the meaning behind it. But from a year or two i've been going through this spiritual awakening phase which is of course very lonely for a person like me who comes from a background where people don't believe in supernatural/psychic world and would call you stupid to believe in these synchronocities. It was started when i started studying Astrology and Numerology professionally and i had cut off from everyone, stopped hanging out with friends, restaurants & clubs seem meaningless to me as it was not adding to my growth. I had this routine of being silent in the first few and last few hours of the day. I had started to enjoy sitting under the sun and moon and realised how much healing energies they carry within themselves, to reading yogic books and eating only fresh homely made meals and most importantly a good water intake.. hope someone can relate and connect to this so they know they're not alone

8 of the 9 resonate with me. The journey had begin some time ago; I am now embracing it, making it my own (attachment to self) Synchronicity and intuition have intensified. I learned Transcendental Meditation in 2013 and am active in it since then. I got a calling to learn Jyotish in 2018 and in last 5 years I am now a Jyotish Visharad and an advanced teacher of Vedic Astrology. On the way, I discovered my Ishta-Devata newly and this truly changed the internal flavour of my self, if you understand what I mean. I am relocating to be close to nature in hilly regions. Around 2019, my external circumstances dramatically altered which seems to be what God wanted to bring me to this moment. Its a lonely but peaceful journey, been through all of this, i feel content within myself now and healed my traumas. The most tough part was disassociation and detachments, shedding off the past-self.

I teared up watching this video cause I resonated with all 9 points. It did not happen overnight , it started around November last year after a meditation retreat by the beach. The transition has been so intense these past 6 months to a point that i am amazed and shock I’ve become this person that’s listening to chanting of mantras instead of party songs etc. I was exposed to a lot of spirituality, seva, nature and meditation as a child but got lost in the middle and hit rock bottom in all aspects of my life last year. Now it all makes sense !

All 9...it all started 2-3 months ago and I am on this path right now. It feels great knowing that I am doing something right and towards spiritual awakening. I wasn't a spiritual or religious person before but a few months ago I started to draw towards all these and read, watch, and research the real and right way to approach the GOD, and its been amazing ever since. I am resonating myself! It happened long back in my life but I never realised why it was happening. I am the person who never liked to read until 6 months before. I considered it boring and stuff for intelligent people only but now, i loooove reeeeeading books! I have started reading so many books on different topics and created a big list of books to buy, read and keep them for generations! I spent my maximum time with nature and myself. That is the biggest blessing. I am feeling like somebody is making me doing these things, I am not doing it! 😅❤ it is such an amazing feeling I can’t express in words.

3. I have switched more towards simple and vegetarian food, although haven’t given up on non vegetarian food but am not enjoying it like earlier.
4. Have made new friends, some of them are spiritual.
5. Intuitions have become stronger. Can sense negativity.
6. Became more aware of my thoughts and stopped victim mentality. Have started accepting people in life are for a reason.

HI, thank you so much for sharing this video with us. I truly appreciate it. Most of these things i've felt this way since I was a kid but could never make out the meaning behind it. But from a year or two i've been going through this spiritual awakening phase which is of course very lonely for a person like me who comes from a background where people don't believe in supernatural/psychic world and would call you stupid to believe in these synchronocities. It was started when i started studying Astrology and Numerology professionally and i had cut off from everyone, stopped hanging out with friends, restaurants & clubs seem meaningless to me as it was not adding to my growth. I had this routine of being silent in the first few and last few hours of the day. I had started to enjoy sitting under the sun and moon and realised how much healing energies they carry within themselves, to reading yogic books and eating only fresh homely made meals and most importantly a good water intake.. hope someone can relate and connect to this so they know they're not alone

8 of the 9 resonate with me. The journey had begin some time ago; I am now embracing it, making it my own (attachment to self) Synchronicity and intuition have intensified. I learned Transcendental Meditation in 2013 and am active in it since then. I got a calling to learn Jyotish in 2018 and in last 5 years I am now a Jyotish Visharad and an advanced teacher of Vedic Astrology. On the way, I discovered my Ishta-Devata newly and this truly changed the internal flavour of my self, if you understand what I mean. I am relocating to be close to nature in hilly regions. Around 2019, my external circumstances dramatically altered which seems to be what God wanted to bring me to this moment. I understand the astrological underpinnings of that in detail and that is liberating. I have a very special connect and understanding of Ketu which you mention in your talk. I have experienced some phenomenal things as part of Ketu showing it’s nature. My food habits have not changed much. I continue to enjoy, cherish and relish non vegetarian food. I have suddenly starting cooking which I am very passionate about. I use fresh vegetables, meat and fish alongwith Indian spices which I believe are a godsend. That’s it more or less. I am a medical doctor in my earlier avatar so I have become a medical Vedic astrologer as well. I offer free consultations to those who need them like a thirsty man seeks water. I am only an instrument of the Universe for them.
