I am doing this as they are cutting the grass outside my window. A great challenge. He has trained me to stay empty. I’m a much less stressed out person. I adore the emptiness and can go to it in a second. 2d round- yes!

I can say „very used to this state“ - brain is not interfering at all for „long“ time. Then I take myself out of the state a bit and try to „connect“ a feeling to that state like calm, relaxing, peaceful or whatever in this area but even a feeling can’t connect to it 😳 it’s a „nothingness“ state but even I don’t feel the feeling of „nothingness“ - maybe simple - nothing „known“ can be connected or be used as description for this state 🙏
Even „stay empty“ doesn’t fit to this state as its a mental description of it 😉
