    Bill is an internationally know modern anthropologist specializing in primitive technology, experimental archaeology and also a chef. He received his masters and PhD degrees from Temple University in Philadelphia. Bill is the author of "Eat Like a Human". He founded and directs the Eastern Shore Food Lab with a mission to preserve and revive ancestral dietary approaches to create a nourishing, ethical, and sustainable food system. Along with his wife they operate the Modern Stone Age Kitchen in Maryland. He was the focus of Wired magazine’s UA-cam series, "Basic Instincts and Food Science" and he co-starred in the National Geographic Channel series "The Great Human Race."

    Anthropological nutrition is equal to optimum human health. They are legalizing our diet & restricting what makes us in EASE vs dis EASE.

    Glad I caught this podcast! I was in somehow familiar company,as I have an undergraduate Anthropology degree from Temple University (1971).
    No one seems to fathom why I studied Anthropology, but I have always cherished the open hearted worldview it gave me, living with any people groups I landed with! Love abounds and ways to help others become evident if you notice! I remain very grateful for my education. 🦶🏽🦶🏽😊
