Glad you like it, thanks for checking it out! No more video from Country Classic Cars, the new owner was difficult to work with. Gateway Classic Cars has higher caliber cars and much nicer showrooms anyway.
@@RamblinAround Gateway has some nice treasure for sure , not just 1 location either . It seems like Country Classic Cars are trying to do their own videos, I have to say , they vary in quality of video . Their dialogue seems off for being car people , they do not share the same as a person who busts up their knuckles

Hello to all my friends of this channel. Drop dead gorgeous Oldsmobile 😍 💙 I'm pretty sure the style of this Olds is called a Sedanette. Thanks for showing another one from the archives Jeff 👍
@@jeffscott8323 My very first car was a 1950 Pontiac which had the "torpedo" slope . I bought it from a car lot in 1958 for $75 . It was painted black and it was a great first car until I bought my next 55 Chevy . Both were straight 6 cyl. with three speed standard transmissions. I love that shade of blue on this Olds. ! I worked at the GM engine plant for 30 years in St.Catharines where they also made Olds engines. I retired from there 31 years ago and still have a 97Astro van & an 2006 G6 Pontiac , both excellent vehicles. Cheers !
Beautiful car, great styling, paint looks great, couldn't ask for more.
It really is nicely done. Thanks for taking a look my friend!
I agree. That sleek roof line is a stylists brainstorm. The trim is like fine jewelry. This car looks good from any angle.
Glad you like it Robert, thanks for taking a look!
One of the first rock songs called Rocket 88 is about this car, the year it won Nascar races in the 50s.
That's right Jeff, thanks for the reminder! We appreciate you taking a look!
So true Jeff 🏁

Thanks for checking it out Tom, we appreciate it. It's beginning to turn cold here too. No snow yet, but it won't be long.
Thank you, I was so relieved that you DIDN'T put a Chevy in it.

Be sure you wear Darkglasses around this car. All that chrome could Blind you. Heehaw. Nice ride.
Beautiful car ! 👍

Hi Jeff,
You are right this is a beautiful car.
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for checking it out Michael!
@@RamblinAround of course
That car deserves that 455. Wow!!!🦇
Glad you like it, thanks for taking a look!
Futuramic? I thought it said automatic had to watch it like three times
Looks like a 51 since it has a one piece windshield. If I remember correctly, my 1950 Olds had a split windshield.
Otherwise, great looking Olds!
Awesome ❤
Thanks for having a look!
Lots of chrome
is this car still for sale? Please reply

I think this body style was called a Torpedo. All Gm cars had it

Great looking, always in a class by it's self. Color ok
But I think a high shine in
Black would be sharp.
I love this sleeper , looks stock
This is one of my favorites that I've looked at recently. It's a beauty for sure.
I'm looking for a 1952 or a 1954 ford pickup truck
Bbbaddd to the bone.
