- I am expanding to UA-cam from Facebook and Instagram. This is a catch up video as i haven't covered any areas of the build on here so far.

Hey bro nice build, what kinda mount did you use for the gearbox?
Corolla mount for the top side gearbox, and modified starlet/corolla mounts for front and rear

Are the mounts a direct fit? What's ones did you use ?
so did you do custom cv axles or use the 2zzge front hub, or was it a combination of
cv axle ends replaced to suit starlet ep91 hubs'
@@bigbirdskii5088 I used starlet outer cv joints, Corolla inner joints and custom made shafts to suit
Hey man I wanted to ask where u running original ecu and if so how do u get lift to work with stock ECU when u do a conversion thanks
Yeah I was running standard ecu, to get lift to work I think you need all engine sensors and vehicle speed. I wasn’t happy with the lift engagement and now I am going for a full standalone ecu from Ecu Master. I would say if you are doing the conversion to budget for a standalone ecu as it give way more flexibility when setting the car up!
what brake servo are u using?
turbominicooper2 I’m not using a servo. Started with a master cylinder from a MK3 MR2 but I have just ordered a new master cylinder from a company called Chase Bays that is designed to run without servo assistance
@@EP91STARLET any reason your ditching the mr2 one, looks OK in your bay
turbominicooper2 yeah it fitted well, is really just to do with pedal feel! I want confidence on the brakes as it has no ABS either so was going for something that gave a better feel and better control hopefully
@@EP91STARLET I've driven minis with an without, dunno if non servo is the way forward in a starlet but yet again the mini was half drums so may be ok I guess
turbominicooper2 I’m just gonna have to experiment as there is no room for a servo with the engine. At worst I can fit a pedal box inside the car but I’ll try this new setup first
What gear box and drive shafts did you use ? IV a starlet parked in my shed going to do the same transplant , thanks man
peter c it’s still running the standard corolla 6 speed gearbox, I had custom shafts made using starlet outer joints and corolla inner joints

@Garage_EP9 do you mind saying which specific corolla shafts? I'm really into this build and been doing alot of research. I don't want any roadblocks when I start it.
