Fontaine is for endgame players? More like Inazuma. That place beats anyone who isn't ready and low AR. Fontaine is far easier, only the mekas are a bit painful and the local legends can be perfectly ignored because they aren't everywhere nor are heavily important for exploration.
Fr, In Fontaine you can actually walk around without something trying to kill you every 2 seconds unlike Inazuma. Literally everything tries to kill you in that place.

my max so far is 121k with r5 overlord magic stick thing and level 80 talent 6/8/4 and some artifacts i "borrowed" that gave 18% atk and 20% elemental skill damage
I have AR 25 account. I haven't fought Liam and Rocky here yet. Challenge accepted. All challenges I've done till now were easy. And I mean challenges that were difficult to me when I did them twice in my other two accounts. Namely, that one quest in Liyue, Trails in Tianqiu, that locks You out of co-op mode until You finish it, as well as Inazuma's Tatara Tales finale with the Fatui trying to destroy device. These were extremely hard. On my first account I needed my sister to do the job for me. On my second account I managed but not without issues. But on my AR 25 account all these quests and challenges were piece of cake.
I have many dps but only Navia can reach 100.000+ one hit and first time for me.. she is really very powerfull.. the most powerfull Geo character and 2024 one of best dps..
may i ask a question, did you ever progress past the liyue story quest? Because I know you have to progress through the AR 25 domain to continue with the main story
You cannot do "A New Star Approaches" as it requires 28 AR. You can do other Liyue Archon Quest chapters. I am actually crying, because A New Star Approaches locks me out of the Chasm, Serenitea Pot, Fishing system. I can't progress through Inazuma either, although i got to Inazuma illegally. I can't do Amenoma Kageuchi quest, neither I can use the Sacred Sakura offering system. I can't talk to Takashi, the conch guy. Though... I finished Tatara Tales without a problem, as well as Cleansing Ritual. Also, I can't go to Enkanomiya either. Inazuma is the worst nation... it locks everything out. You can't even enter domains, because the domains ask You for 30 AR, even though the first two stages of these domains don't even require 30 AR. That's so dumb. Manwhile and I mean WHOLE WHOLE Sumeru and Fontaine is open without AR limit. Yes. You can even start Aranyaka at AR 1. I literally have farmed every single boss in the game, except Ruin Serpent and the Vishap twins. I can't ascend Kuki Shinobu past 40 lvl, because I can't do Ruin Serpent. All my other characters are 50 lvl. I hope Hoyoverse will fix these issues, like really. The artificial AR limit is dumb. But I don't get one thing. Why is Serenitea Pot locked behind A New Star Approaches, instead of being unlocked right after You find the bell from Madam Ping's pot? And why is fishing system locked behind the Serenitea Pot!?!? I can't get my Fleuve Cendre Ferryman or The Catch, because of that... I hope that when 4.0 comes, they lower the AR requirements. Hopefully even earlier. And lift that dumb AR lock from Inazuma domains and Offering. You can literally use any of the offering system in the game with no AR requirements. Only Inazuma is locked so badly. But technically You can do anything of this without any requirements. Every domain in Sumeru. Every domain in Fontaine has no AR requirements (apart of AR required to unlock domain system in the first place). You can finish Narzissenkreuz questline before You even begin Archon Quest in Mondstadt. All You need to do is to go to Fontaine (long way, but I did that myself), go to Fortress of Meropide and nearby one of the Statue, where Mamere is bullied and then to the underwater near Ann and proceed with these World Quests and proceed to do all of these to unlock the quest where You find Narzissenkreuz himself and finish it. You can do the same with Aranyaka, Jeht, Liloupar, Sorush. Whatever else. Only Inazuma doesn't let You do domains, offering and some small world quests. And imagine being new player, who just started the adventure with Genshin and they got Yae Miko. What could they do? They can't fight the vishaps, because they can't go to Enkanomiya, as it requires a quest that is locked behing the Archon Quest in Inazuma and they can't even get to Inazuma in the first place. I see no reason why is Inazuma locked like that. Lore reason? Lore-wise You should never go beyond Mondstadt until Yoiu help Dvalin. Story of Genshin Impact is pretty linear. Traveler travels lineary from Mondstadt to Liyue, from Liyue to Inazuma, from Inazuma they learn about Sumeru, and from Sumeru to Fontaine. Gameplay-wise You can come to any of these (except Inazume) any time You want. So why is only Inazuma locked?

Around ar 50 in 1.6 before pulling Ayaka and main her to this day (although in the last 2 month I use Navia in the 40-50% of the time) I was an Eula main too C0 with her weapon the biggest dmg was 380k with only a talent 5 Bennett for boost.
I beat all fontaine local legends after getting C0 Navia. And without using food and without deaths. My AR lvl is 55. It was pretty fun to fight them although they dropped nothing useful.

Unless You are suepr lucky or a whale, don't try to focus on Abyss. I am doing AR 25 account and I can't really get past 6 floor. I mean, technically I can do 7, but probably without stars. I only have one 5 star character, though, so maybe I would be able to do it later. But it's still very hard. My Ayato barely can do anything anyway. You need enough damage to pass the stage, let alone to get max stars. I think 5-6 wouldn't pose much threat for max stars, but higher up it could be difficult. Especially that You *can't* farm artifacts. I mean, You can, but only the blue ones, like Instructor etc.
Tbh if you're just starting out on Abyss, I recommend building the essential 4 stars: Bennett, Xiangling, Xingqiu, Fischl, Shinobu, probably Kaeya, Diona, Sucrose, Yaoyao too, if you have them since they are readily available. Also ascend the 5* you use to Phase 6. It depends on the 5* you have though, but I highly suggest it especially if they're an on-field damage dealer.

You need enough damage to pass the stage, let alone to get max stars. I think 5-6 wouldn't pose much threat for max stars, but higher up it could be difficult. Especially that You *can't* farm artifacts. I mean, You can, but only the blue ones, like Instructor etc.

Tbh if you're just starting out on Abyss, I recommend building the essential 4 stars: Bennett, Xiangling, Xingqiu, Fischl, Shinobu, probably Kaeya, Diona, Sucrose, Yaoyao too, if you have them since they are readily available. Also ascend the 5* you use to Phase 6. It depends on the 5* you have though, but I highly suggest it especially if they're an on-field damage dealer.
I believe 1 good healer in every comp is mandatory, like Bennett. Especially when the floor splits into 2 parts
@@WhyAnnika No, if You have shielder. I used Zhongli without any healer for ages. And not only Zhongli. Sometimes I use shielders without healers. Layla for example.

@@robinxd6491 Eula does such pretty damage but the supports I've pulled for her are making it kinda hard for me to continue using her, I love her but I think I want to branch out and do some reactions I've been missing out on like bloom, hyperbloom, burgeon. Yes her damage is satisfying but it's not what I want for my main team anymore, she will still be used in abyss. I'm trying not to get burnt out playing the game and maybe with reactions I won't feel so burnt out
