Hii mam...I have tried this and was delicious...my 5 yrs old son doesn't like any kind of curries or green leaves with his meal...I finely chopped muringa leaves n added while preparing oats with water which he likes so much...he said it is yummy...tnk u mam.
I use fresh moringa leafs to make ma green smoothie 1 or 2 times in a week for detoxification... I do include in ma cooking quit offen for the great health benefits I'm following you on Instagram also madam
Awesome, I have a doubt about the rawness of the masala, as you didn't cooked properly but then as you said to retain the nutrients of the leaves you have done so, the big question is how kids take it, I will definitely definitely try this trick of not roasting the masala in the pan. I will try and share my experience with you my dear.

Will this slight heating be enough to cook the moringa leaves and take away the raw taste of masala? Can I add the green masala along with the sauteed onions and then add the rice? Please advise. Thanks

you can add peanuts or cashewnuts to enhance the flavour (healthy fats always makes the meals more nutrient dense). The coconut over comes the slight bitterness of the moringa. Hope this helps and thanks for being here.
I am over all a thin person but the only are where fat is accumulated is belly. My question is , drinking turmeric tea will decrease only belly fat or the overall body fat ,because I don't want to loose weight as I am already very thin. Plz help. I made it like that coz i wanted to preserve the nutrients of moringa. You can lightly sauté if u prefer. Hope this helps :)
