      Hii mam...I have tried this and was delicious...my 5 yrs old son doesn't like any kind of curries or green leaves with his meal...I finely chopped muringa leaves n added while preparing oats with water which he likes so much...he said it is yummy...tnk u mam.

    I make a smoothie for my husband with moringa powder, adding banana, cinnamon powder, turmeric powder, lemon, black salt and pepper.

    I use fresh moringa leafs to make ma green smoothie 1 or 2 times in a week for detoxification...

    Awesome, I have a doubt about the rawness of the masala, as you didn't cooked properly but then as you said to retain the nutrients of the leaves you have done so, the big question is how kids take it, I will definitely definitely try this trick of not roasting the masala in the pan. I will try and share my experience with you my dear.

      It's better to slightly fry the paste before adding the rice

    Must say, Hats off to ur Creativity...Although i wanted to desperately include Moringa leaves in my routine, was bit skeptical, about dis recipe initially, as Moringa tastes bitter...But wen i tried dish, to my surprise, it was awesome...No one in my family, could recognise it was Moringa rice...Keep doing dis gud work...inspires a lot...Btw Javitri(mace) added here was for taste or is ther any nutritional significance to it?

    Will this slight heating be enough to cook the moringa leaves and take away the raw taste of masala?

      you can add peanuts or cashewnuts to enhance the flavour (healthy fats always makes the meals more nutrient dense). The coconut over comes the slight bitterness of the moringa. Hope this helps and thanks for being here.

    I am over all a thin person but the only are where fat is accumulated is belly.

      I made it like that coz i wanted to preserve the nutrients of moringa. You can lightly sauté if u prefer. Hope this helps :)
