when I do squats, I notice that my heart starts racing, my feet aching as veins are stretched, but eversince I did squats my health is improving daily and am losing belly fat
You really can't squat everyday unless you're going light. I started doing them recently and I started by doing 50, I was sore for like 4 days. Once soreness went away I did 100, sore for another 4 days, then I did a little over 200, sore for like another 4 days, next time I'm going for 400. Once I can do 500 a day a few times I'll start adding weight and reducing the reps.
Everything is well explained but still few things left. Like, Is it advisable to squat everyday ? Yes, then how many squats should one do on daily basis ? Are there any injuries to legs or any other body part if practiced daily ?
Don't do it everyday unless you go light. I did 50 at once and I was sore for like 4 days. So if you do a lot you won't be able to do it daily. You can probably do like 15-20 reps daily, but you shouldn't work out sore muscles, they need time to heal and make new muscle. I'd recommend doing as much as you can and just resting legs and working out another muscle while your legs recover. Then just adding more squats.
Hai.....big muscle......am having left knee pain due to arthritis...... If I can do squats......it will help to improve cortilage?..... and strengthen the muscles..... also ? Have to do squats for knee pain or not....please reply...... Am an Indian....can't understand your pronounces.......so am asking.....thank you
Don't do it everyday unless you go light. I Started by doing 50, letting legs recover, doing 100-2 sets of 50, let legs recover then do 200, go up to little 400-500 a day, then start adding weight and cutting reps. It's what I'm doing now.
Why make it so unrealistic 100. I cannot do more than 10.More use full if you tell beginners on how to get to 100 if that is even possible. What is the point of this video. It seem more like you just want to show nice bods and not help people. I see the value but can’t think of even starting if the 100 a day is the goal.
Don't worry about doing 100 a day to start off with. I just started 1 week ago and could only get to 20 the first morning. But then I decided to do another 20 in the evening. So big wow, only 40 but that's my starting point. Yesterday . exactly one week from starting I got to 100. Not all at once but through the day. My point being , don't get hung up on the number. You start doing what you can and after a week you'll notice a difference and be able to add to what you started with. Take it slow and build on it. Again , don't get hung up on the number or time frame. You will feel better and stronger. BTW , I'm not an exercise nut either. Just a regular out of shape guy not overweight but with a "dad bod" who had heart surgery 6 weeks ago looking to get in better shape. Update… 2 months after posting this reply I’m now 6 weeks into P90x. I’m not making it through any of the daily workouts but I’m getting halfway through them. It’s better than nothing and I’m seeing definite results already. Feel much better. Anything is possible. You just have to make the effort. Already looking forward to round two when I get done with this one.
You don't have to do it all at once. I do ten reps at a time, go do something else for a while and then do ten more. I do this throughout the day until I reach 100. Love it.
don't be so desesperated brah, Just do it progressively as i did few months ago, ;)) I sucked at first day too, I stopped at 30 squats even after few 1 mins breaks lol, and now so far my best amount of squats is 150+! ;D , so from a beginner on long term like me, so far,the 100 squats is possible for anyone, as you, it just depends of peoples's conditions and genetics, but as long you'll start practicing, you will notice some progress and reach that number real quick brah, cuz your body will get adapted to it hella fast (for some reason) , it only took a week for me to reach the hundred and even overpass it lmao this is pure madness, and I started all that from a noob level being.. :,))
First time I did 50 reps straight, Rested legs 4 days. Then did 100 in 2 sets, rested legs then did 200+, tomorrow I have to do 400, sets of 50. Just start with what you can and stick with it, that's the important part.
How often do you squat?

Smart
You can.
Why don’t you do 50 for a while before moving to 100. You’re moving up too fast.
Even break them up throughout the day i.e 20 squats every couple of hours, whatever amount you want to do.
@@aleni901That’s what I do. 4 sets of 25, spread throughout the day

I like your videos.
But the name of your channel, "Big Muscles," doesn't seem appropriate to me. Basically, it's not about muscles
I have knee pain (OA) . Can I do this
Yes you can

You can also separate them in sets and take break in between baby steps my friend

If you did one hundred squats a day? I would think you would get a booty😊.
Burn out. Any work out every day is not advisable. And get the trainer's off?.
I can tell you- nothing happened to me after almost one year of doing 100 of them every day
Cuz you eat McDonald 😂
