@@zaggrukk8644 Amtrak is owned by the US Government and I would think they would be the one moved the government by rail.
I had a tear in my eye watching this. As a railfan and Canadian who respected GB this was touching.
A beautiful locomotive! My Grandfather (40+ years on the P.R.R.) would have been proud to be on that crew, even though he was a Democrat!
The 41st President of the United States of America will be missed but not forgotten.
+Goddess Sky he was a real good man who lived a long and good life and kept our nation safe.
@12 Volts HE WAS A WAR HERO HE CARED FOR PEOPLE THE ONLY REASON HE IS BEING BLAMED FOR THE KILLING IS CAUSE THERE WAS A WAR WHEN HE WAS PRESIDENT AND SAY HE'S ROTTING IN HELL IS FUCKING DISRESPECTFUL

@12 Volts I hope you understand he fought against the Axis and hated them. Oh and the Nazi's were part of the Axis
@12 Volts FUCKING SHOOT ME NEVER HAVE I READ SOMETHING SO RETARDED IN MY FUCKING LIFE THIS BUSH DID NOT FUCKING DO 9/11 YOU NEED TO LEAVE AMERICA RIGHT FUCKING NOW
A great man I am proud to have served under him and his son. God bless you mr. President rest in peace, you are now reunited with your beloved wife and daughter. We lost a great one and you will be missed. 🙏
I see no train, customised or otherwise. What I do see is a standard diesel electric locomotive with a custom paint job. It was not produced to carry him to his final resting place but was seen as a fitting mark of remembrance on his final journey. Not knocking the workmanship that has been done but if you are going to post shit on YT at least get the title right.
Roll on George Bush. Roll on into the history books and into beloved memories of countless Americans.
Way better than the gravy train Obama has been riding on all these years.
@Karl Childers I've heard your president also has a tribute locomotive, painted in crimson red, with all great world leaders (like Castro, Che and Stalin etc) painted on one side and rainbow colours on the other and that locomotive has to be referred to as "Helicopter Xi" otherwise it will sue you? And the train driver's name is Michael?
Only if the south would won......
Shut the fuck up ya'll (not you Karl you're cool)
@Karl Childers better than demafags that you listen to.
pure Racist trash!@volcano hi
Truly magnificent machine for a remarkable man donated by a remarkable company way to go Union Pacific makes me proud to be a railroader
Tribute to a great man. Rest in peace President H. W. Bush.
That’s so cool. I’d love to see what the consist for the funeral train will be.
Go to the Union Pacific website....www.up.com/media and it will have a page of the train's consist, routing and history of the cars and engines used
Rest in Peace Mr. President. Fair winds and following seas shipmate.
What will the future hold for this locomotive ? Will it be put into service or placed in the George HW. Bush’s library/ Museum ?
What a great thing the Union Pacific is doing.................
Wonder how many of us they laid off to paint that.
I. Not a bush fan but I can't blame him for taking advantage of the situation . I have always wanted to drive a train. God rest his sole
Good thing there are people starving in poverty. waste of money
Not the railroads problem
nice video bro
So what’s gonna happen to the loco once the job is done? Will it be put back into storage and rott away like an old car? What a waste of good machinery
David Fowler Jr rumored that the locomotive will be permanently on display at the Presidential Library in Texas.
@@kansascitysouthernfan6966 I feel sorry for it then. Locos were born to run.
They removed the main components. Calm down kids.
Will this be available in ho scale ?
I hope
Pimp my Train
Agree with Mr. Robinson. He was way better then we have had the last decade. UP got the paint wrong. Pres. was in the Navy.
People dont have to like President Bush, however they should show some respect for Him. And for his family at this time of sorrow. What has this world came to when people cant have feelings for a family that has lost a loved one ? It's sad, no matter how you may feel about the politics of it all. You could at least show you have some brains, by just not saying anything, out of RESPECT at this time ! All the bad comments come from ignorant selfish people, who have no feelings for anyone or anything. I doubt if they know what the word respect even means !
thank you
Outside of your shithole country we don't tend to respect murderers, drug dealers and war criminals . We despise those scum!
@@hans-joachimbierwirth4727 yes but Bush was none of those things
He arranged the iraqi invasion of Kuwait, intended to bring the kuwaiti stock prizes down, and then invaded Iraq to bring them up again. He illegally financed death squads in Nicaragua. He constantly lied to congress, senate and the american people. He should have been executed for all that long ago.
@@hans-joachimbierwirth4727 first of all proof ? Second of all wouldn't you want a member of your family to be respected even if said member is a criminal third of all there is a thing called mutual respect in which you treat someone how you would like to be treated
For a president that I didn’t really like, this is actually kinda cool. I think it’s awesome that he got the chance to drive a real train.
Wow, can this possibly drag on for any longer? I'm an American and I will tell you a lot of us don't share the same feeling about the Bushs and Clintons. I sure hope this wasn't paid for by tax dollars!
You know it was
@@tylerdixon3290 you know it WASN'T.
@@AbelG8781 whats one of the ways the government makes money? Taxes. Everything is paid in part by taxpayers.
@@tylerdixon3290 ???? How was this locomotive paid for by taxpayers?? Lmao that's hysterical.
@@AbelG8781 If the government has anything to do with it, its most likely at the expense of taxpayers. Thats the way it usually goes especially since it was customized for a president.
So cool President Bush actually operated the train! I guess if you can land a plane on a carrier, you can do anything!
Even after his death he is still taxing us.
the railroad did it
I love trains and have about 400 different pictures of engines on my lap top that I change too a different picture once a week and have this picture of 4141 on there also.
