If you bought a AK2000S in Chinese language, here is the instruction for changing it back to English:
1. Start the gimbal
2. Swipe left on the display two times
3, The screen should have 4 vertical menu items. Press the bottom one
4. The screen should now have 2 menu items, press the bottom one again
5. You should now see the English option at the top. Selects it and that's it!

I am an ak2000s user. Mine always vibrates after I click the auto payload? I balanced it well. What happened?

I love the LCD touch panel design, it is easy for adjustment. The 2 detachable ways is easier to use. The handle adopts detachable design to save storage space and make it more convenient to carry. Good Job!

Thank you for sharing. I like Feiyu product too. Every detail really inceases the using experience. the quick release saves a lot of time to install the camera..The wooden handle reduced the weight and looks cool. I will install the lens holder before installing the camera. The service is the first think i will consider for all CE products.Feiyu is popular for its service
Is there any feature or new changes that you really like about the FeiyuTech AK2000S? Or is there anything you think should be there but still missing?
I want it as light as possible, self floating maybe haha!

Hi Richard, my ak2000s came with chinese as default and i can't find where to change it, re-watched your video just now looking if you talked about. Also i can't seem to use the inception mode with the gimbal horizontally, only with the camera facing up, wondering if i'm doing something wrong.
@@Matheus562 Did you manage to change the lanugage? If not i could do a little video to show you how as you are not the first one that asks this question. Will check the inception mode, but from memory you should be able to do it in any orientation.

Thanks! Ronin-S is quite a bit bigger gimbal with larger maximum payload than the AK2000S.
How's it compare to the Weebill S? I'm trying to decide which one to get. Weebill S is on sale and close in price.

Great review! Does anyone know where I could possibly find/purchase the longer quick release plate? My original plate was lost and I've been searching for a replacement with no luck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Stay safe.
Hola buenas ,tengo un problema :cada vez que conecto el gimbal a través del cable para Canon ,usb a cámara 2 y luego al mini usb de Canon 80d me arroja error 70 ,si la desconecto funciona Perfecto ,alguna idea o solución ???quizás usar cámara 1 del feyutech puerto c al mini usb ??
Great review and advice! One question: what part of the rebalancing exercise to you have to redo when changing the focal lenght of a zoom lens.
Hi Torsten Villnow, I don't have the gimbal with me but I believe you only need to adjust the quick release plate forward/backward locking position. Having said that, the gimbal has a pretty strong motor so in most cases, you could get away without having to re-balance it , especially if you balance the gimbal with the lens in mid position to start with.
@@TheRealRichardWong I now got my gimbal :-). I mounted the Lumix G9 with the 12-60 mm lens and balanced it at 12mm focal length. The gimbal's motor is able to balance the camera also with the lens extended to 60mm. So I will follow your advice and belance it at the mid position of the lens extension, which is about 40mm.
Ive been wanting to buy zhyiyun weebil lab but heard so much bad stuff from build quality to the x screen of death when you turn it on and it no longer works. Ive allways used feiyutech i have the ak2000 and the g6 max which iam returning becuse its not compatible with all my lenses but a awsome little gimbal . Iam definitely getting this gimbal because of the smaller compact size and awsome build quality that feiyutech is known for. Thanks for the video.

.. there is a hole with magnets to hold the hex key in the grip! something must be wrong with battery specs; "manual" states 2200 mAh, but i charged in 3500 from half full. anyway, it should last for ~ 4 hours permanent use. balancing is not completely possible for the GH5 with the smallrig cage and the lens support useless. base plate NOT manfrotto compatible.

@richard wong. is it customizable? change the deadzone angle, and speed horizontally, and vertically? I know at the ak4500, it doesn't allow vertical customization.
You can choose from one of the three presets. Or you can adjust "follow speed" and "dead zone" yourself . But no individual vertical/horizontal customisation

I had the same issue with the AK4000 and I can confirm it's the same on here. You can make you pan smooth as butter but your tilt and roll are still WAY too responsive. I wrote to FeiyuTech about it already with the AK4000 but it seems they only included deadzone but not tilt and roll smoothing.
I do highly recommend you guys all write to feiyutech and ask them for this if this is something you really needed. The more people request a feature the more chance you will see it in the future. :)

Hi Claudio, sorry about the late reply. Only just saw your message for some reason :( I would guess yes you can, but without a 24-70 to test myself i can't be 100% sure

I have a Sony fdr ax-53 camera with a Multi socket and I would like to control the camera from the gimbal level (recording on / off, zoom). Will it be possible with the Sony USB control cable: Type C to Multi, which is included?
Are there any dual hand options for this gimbal? Or is it just the one handle?
yes there are dual handle accessories from both FeiyuTech and other 3rd party companies

Thanks for the video !!! I got this gimbal to use with my Nikon Z6 but I am having trouble balancing it. I am using the Z6 with the ftz and Sigma 24mm f1.4 art lens. Do you think the setup is too much weight for this gimbal?
It should be ok. That's not really a heavy setup at all

Hi. With this Ak2000S is it possible to control AF/M or just hold focus on a Sony A7III or A6500?
I've seen that this is compatible with a D7500, will it also work with a D7200?

Hey, could anyone tell me please how to set start and end point for motion timelapse mode? I just found videos for the AK2000, and there it's apparently done by moving the axis by hand. With my AK2000S, this is not possible due to the motors being blocked. Thank you!
How do you set up the follow focus motor
Hey there, basically put the belt on the lens, remove the lens holder if you have it installed, install the front bracket with the hex screw, mount the follow focus device onto the bracket using the metal stick provided, Make sure everything is tight and the belt and the gear are sticking together closely. Then install the USB cable onto the quick release plate and the follow focus. THen pretty much it. Just make sure the close focus and travel are aligned But the instruction that comes with the box has a bit more explanation about it. Then go to the 2nd menu screen and select the "+/focus" mode.

All cables are not work. It keeps activating and deactivating automatically
