I just passed my CDL B today in NY so it’s extra strict. I watched this video before the test and followed step by step. The day before the test I was still lost on how to do the airbreak test even with 13 lessons. Thank you.

Is this the same for every state? And one more thing does the semi have to he in neutral the whole time?
