Great project and loved the run facts along the way.
All birds have green glands on the back just above the start of the tail. The oil keeps their feathers in good condition, and keeps the water off them. They also use it to zip their feathers back together of they got damaged or just fluffed up the wrong way. Fantastic light advise outside. If you struggle to get clean audio do you have any option to add the audio later on? Carve away, and then mute the original audio and add a narration track when you are somewhere quiet. That's how I used to do mine. Great video and great project. Thanks so much for posting this. 👍

Fun and easy to follow. I got into whittling just this past Christmas. My wife loves penguins. I just finished making her this one for Mother's Day. Came out great. I will be watching more of your vids. Thanks!

You can carve wherever you like, don't worry just have fun with it. Awesome video!!! I can't carve right now because my hand has to heal up from a carving accident, still really fun to watch though😁.
