Is speech and language pathology included in the allan Gray orbis bursary?

Hi, there. The Foundation covers the following studies: Commerce, Science, Engineering, Law, Humanities, Arts & Health Science (Excluding Medicine, Veterinary Science and Dentistry) degree at WITS, UJ, UCT, NMU, RU, UWC, SU, UP, UFS, UKZN or TSiBA.
Based on the above, it seems speech and language pathology would be covered. Please feel free to reach out to them to confirm.

Hi, there! The monthly allowance depends on whether you stay on-campus, at home or at a private accommodation. Yes, the Foundation does pay your registration fee.

Hey there! Yes, you can however you need to disclose all of this information to the Allan Gray and your other bursary to avoid what is usually referred to as “double-dipping”. They’ll then make a decision as to what kind of funding you need, eg. If your other bursary is already paying for your accommodation, they won’t also contribute to accommodation.
