@marcus price She was a talented singer, songwriter. Her death is not as some people think in Mexico the 41year-old daughter of folk singer Ewan MacColl was struck by a speedboat while swimming off the coast, she swam in front of a speedboat to save one of her children. *From Wikipedia.* The powerboat involved in the collision was controlled by Guillermo González Nova, multimillionaire president of the Comercial Mexicana supermarket chain, who was on board with members of his family. The boat was owned by Carlos González Nova, brother and founder of the chain. He was allowed under Mexican law to pay a punitive fine of 1,034 pesos (about €63, £61 or US$90) in lieu of the prison sentence. He was also ordered to pay approximately US$2,150 in restitution to MacColl's family, an amount based on his wages. Thanks for the video. Looking good in that scarf.
I love your videos, I would love to go to London but am not in a position where I ever think I could afford to travel overseas. When I saw the title of your video it bought a big smile to my face because videos made by people leave out the little details, the things you notice walking around a new place that are really cool but you wouldn't go only to the location for
you make the world a better place my friend
Do you know how much your videos cheer me up. Lots & lots & lots & lots. The ambience(the music), the presentation, I love it all. Keep 'em coming joolz ( and lil lou). :)
Great to see you Joolzy!!!! 👍
Another relaxing trip through the dead streets of London 👍 I wasn’t aware of the Roberto Calvi Blackfriars bridge hanging. Very macabre!
Wasn't he the Vatican's banker? And there was a huge scandal afterwards? I could have sworn that it was reported as a suicide in american newsmedia...
I think it was first reported as a suicide but then found that he couldn’t have done it himself and he didn’t touch the stones/bricks weighing him down. Apparently people think there is some connection with the Freemasons/Masonic lodge and even a Masonic type group that share the namesake of the bridge he was hanging under.
Hopefully your tours are back up and running in December. Coming from Durham mid December
Your videos are fantastic 👏 a real talent
I love the statue of Keats too! His was a sad ending and a short life. :(
I love new Bond Street... Have I been living under a rock? Not seen the bench statue. As soon as lockdown over, off I trot to take a selfie on the bench 😊
Another great Joolz morning in the states. Joolz the only bench missing is a Joolz bronze on a bench. Your camera man should sculpt it.
He will!
@@Joolzguides I hope we all live to sit next to it. Nice ending with your dad and brother but more about them would be nice they deserve as much time as anyone!
Great video Mr. JOOLZ 😊
Love this guy
