Back at the dollar unit clean out. It's a big 10x25, so it takes me awhile, but it sure is fun. I love the processing of these big units, especially when I find some nice treasures... like this one! I only spent a dollar on it, and this one should make us some nice profit.

I think you are in the minority, because the flea market videos are some of my lowest views. Hence part of the reason I don't release more. But I'll continue to do them from our once-a-month De Anza flea market.

I can’t believe the flea market videos are the lowest views!!! Those videos are so much better than digging through lockers. Going through old clothes is so boring. Just my opinion.
Jack, my son's buddy is a mechanic, he drives an older diesel pick up. He takes all of our old motor oil and uses it in his diesel truck as it supposedly works with diesel fuel! I wouldn't recommend using it in a newer model diesel truck like your pickup, but I'm sure if you listed it for free on FB marketplace, someone would take it and it would save you money on having to pay to dump it!
With the cost of gas now, I'm sure someone would gladly take it off your hands! 👍

Where I live baby through teens is $$$ at a yard sale. I sold so many and made thousands off of them. I can’t believe people don’t buy used clothes the way kids grow out of them so fast.

Lot of people in my area love used motor oil for burning in their woodstoves..
Keep those old patterns and other old paper stuff. Junk journal crafts will pay for it or just give it to paper crafters. It will keep it out of the land fill and will make someone happy.
People will also buy vintage patterns even if they were used, as long as they are not cut and have all the essencial pieces. For example, if it for a dress that can be made with or without sleeves, if the sleeve pieces are missing it is still a pattern for a sleeveless dress 😉

You can make more money with the quality kids clothes taking them to a consignment store like Once Upon a Time than giving them away for nothing at Stockton

Call the local heating company about that used motor oil there are some places that take free used motor oil and burn it in their furnaces. There are furnaces that burn just about any fuel and they'll take it for free
One thing ive learned in life, if you find bed slats that are in good condition, theres always someone who will buy them because they're cheaper than buying a new base!

Liking your tool kit but you need a portable light Jack! You get caught so often in dark units without working lights or have to shelter from rain/cold. So it would help searching and provide better light

Greetings from Tennessee. Check your local auto parts stores they usually take recycled oil. Of course they might not want to hold drum of it at a time but if you can find a 5-gallon bucket with a lid on it you can take it in five at a time and dump it. 😁

Question to Anyone: 1. Why are people not keeping their DVDs? Yes, since the 2016 election year I have been living under a rock. I have not watched TV, I have not listened to radio, and I have only focused on working (ADHD complications). Now, I am in early retirement. 2. Are people paying to watch and rewatch movies? I still watch my DVDs from 1974 - 1999. John Hughs movies, the Terminator series, the Divergent series, Jennifer Lawrence movies, the Electric Horseman, Dead Poets Society, Lawrence of Arabia, etc. I do watch new releases on Amazon Prime...$3.99 to $6.99 PER movie.
Totally understand all boxes can’t be on camera but the boxes that contain the lovely jewelry you sell on what not would be an interesting unboxing on camera! Pretty sure it mostly buried & hard & time consuming to film or does Janna find it mostly at estate sales that also would interesting. All The Best To The Entire Chestnut Clan!! Jack check with your parts stores and they recyleoils now to...u could also ask your mechanic if he could take it too..if I was closer I would all that oil away for u too.and use it to my waste oil heater now and waste hot water heaters too..

Or find a church where youth are hosting a yard sale to benefit a charity and donate the kids stuff.

For used oil try to find a mechanic shop that does oil changes 🤔 they may take it..a friend of the family had a shop with oil burning furnace..he took all of my oil for free...free fuel for his furnace..

Walmart also takes used motor oil free of charge. But I don’t know if they’ll take a barrel of oil. They also want your I D.
Some auto parts stores take used motor oil. My experience has been that they want it in one gallon jugs and they make you take the jugs back after dumping the oil into their waste tank.

I looked up the build a bear Mickey dog- a couple sold for 200 on eBay.
Bugle Boys is late 80’s-early 90’s. Vintage it wasn’t real pricey but that jacket in the 90’s was probably $20-$25
With the price of new patterns, I think those you found should sell VERY well!
Patterns can be hit or miss depending on the pattern but it is always worth at least looking at

That pendant was a Harry Potter pendant. I can't remember off the top of my head exactly the words for it, but it represents the 3 items that cheated death. One being the cloak of invisibility Harry had, and another being the Elder Wand that Dumbledore had. I forgot the 3rd item and the name of that symbol. The triangle is the clock, the vertical line the elder wand. The circle I've forgotten.
Found it. The Harry Potter Deathly Hallows pendant. Google that and you'll find more just like it.
I wouldn't've destroyed that desk, at least not yet, just take a few pics and throw it up on Marketplace that it's free, then ignore it while I clean out everything else, and only throw it if'n it's still there.
For kids stuff, have you ever dealt with Twice Upon a Child? I use them on the odd times when I buy a unit and get kids stuff. Sure, they don't pay as much as I could get selling the stuff, but I just drop it off and they send me a text when they're ready to pay me, meanwhile I can go do other hopefully money making stuff.
