I really appreciate how bold she is in her choices. I edit myself so much in my head that I can’t make a move and as a result, my home maybe feels more restrained than I feel. There is so much to discover in each room - delicious!
What a lovely home. It suits her personality and prettiness. I love homes that showcase the owners originality. Her use of pastels mixed with the green was also lovely.
It looks like that renovation was pretty labour intensive. She really brought that townhouse back to life. Love all the bookshelves and the diverse use of colour & fabrics. Good job Phoebe.
This is such a pretty home. I love to watch how others decorate and style their homes in other parts of the world. Also Phoebe does a good job at describing her taste and home decor style and choices. Think she said eclectic and modern European :).
Quirky! Fun! Higgledy-piggledy hodge podge! Full of unique and happy items that give the homeowner pleasure. I enjoyed it very much. Love when UK homes are featured. So many of them are much more down to earth than cookie cutter homes.
It's one of my favorites. I like the green that shows up throughout the home, from kitchen worktops to bathroom floors. The green door gives inspiration to do something like that myself.
I think I would have preferred seeing the tv over the fireplace instead of that huge box. The kitchen was my favorite room. Thank God her husband put his foot down when it came to the master bedroom.😆
A beautiful home with lots of interesting elements. I took away lots of inspiration. I didn’t enjoy some of the horrible comments on here, just not necessary. Thank you for sharing your lovely home, Phoebe 🌷
I love eclectic yet styled houses! Mine is a bit like this, it might not make sense to others but it conjures up a feeling of warmth and personality and it tells a story. I’ve taken so many ideas from this - Can I install a stained glass window in my bathroom 🤔 (my partner, rolling his eyes at me as I gasp with excitement when she mentioned it)
Wow such a beautiful home this was such a fun watch. I didn’t realise that my house has a lot of the items she has too 😂down to even the candles from fornasetti and cire Trudon and the Miro painting.
Beautiful, combination of a working space and a wonderful home Very English quirky style If your a minimalist and want blank neutrals your probably having a slight breakdown
Wow, she’s clearly an artist, but her medium is home interiors. Such a cool mix. I love how so many British people can put together elements that are cutesy, even kitschy, and yet it all comes off as elegant and charming. Really amazes me (American, FYI). Love her pale green chandelier! Such a cool black and white cabinet in the baby’s room. But, I gotta say help your husband out! 😆 Surely with your skills and resources, you can find a light fixture with that history and age that is six inches shorter. Poor guy.
I thought she sounded like Beata right away as well (who is Swedish....) and then it was doubly odd when her interior style was reminiscent of Beata too. Well, not odd just ...noteworthy. A beautiful home though!
@@RockDove5212 of course Beata is Swedish. I meant she is based in the UK and I wasnt talking about the accent but about the way the woman speaks, it all sounded very Beata to me!
Not my style, but loved a lot of the fabrics/ prints used. I like more pared-down/ calm, but enjoyed some of the prints and pieces shown. I do find it odd to not talk to your husband/partner before painting and styling a room 😂 especially a shared room like a bedroom! I can’t imagine paying to do then immediately re-do something.
I'm from India and I don't mean to be rude but it's really annoying when every designer in the West says 'SU-ZAA-NI' when its actually pronounced Su-Ja-Ni, with each syllable having equal inflection. The 'a' part is not dragged out.
Interesting how as an Interior Designer she has such a “modest” looking home…not pretentious , fun , quirky and lived in. The snug is a bit too clashy for me ….not my favourite room.
shame her sisters sweet gift doesnt have pride of place but is sitting on top.of a dresser in the kitchen. In her stydy, the tablecloth on the round table should cover the legs-am surprised she has made this beginners mistake!
I love when UK homes are featured, they have such character and feel so cozy and welcoming!
I really appreciate how bold she is in her choices. I edit myself so much in my head that I can’t make a move and as a result, my home maybe feels more restrained than I feel. There is so much to discover in each room - delicious!
Everything you said!
Me too, its analysis paralysis!!!

The skylights transform this bright, colorful, feel-happy home.
I especially love the lattice in them.
She’s so cute and quirky (a compliment) whose home suits her perfectly. I enjoyed the tour very much!

Not my style but that is what Homeworthy is about, so fun we get to see others styles

I appreciate when someone collects and decorates with the things they love but please explain a painting that is just the color yellow.
Well was done by a ‘great ‘ artist 😮
There was a grey (see my UK spelling) square in the lower left.
@@jamesdellaneve9005 that makes all the difference !
Yeah, l thought that needed splaining too. I mean l too can be a great artist. I guess.
@@jamesdellaneve9005 Oh yes...my bad. That makes all the difference. lol
Absolutely just loved interior designer Phoebe Hollond’s revived townhouse. Just so beautiful. 🥰🥰🥰
Painting the marble hurt my heart
me too
Mine too
Yes! At least she admitted it was criminal 😊
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. What a fabulous collection of art and furnishings.
This house is soooo much more interesting than most featured, here and elsewhere. Love it!
It's one of my favorites. I like the green that shows up throughout the home, from kitchen worktops to bathroom floors. The green door gives inspiration to do something like that myself.
It took me 3.5 days to take the paint off a Carrara marble fireplace 😭 Some interesting ideas and beautiful pieces of art work.
A very artistic environment. Really enjoyed this lovely tour. 💛
Lovely home and Phoebe describes it beautifully.xx

😂 indeed
What a delightful treasure💫
Thank you for sharing your home with us💐
Such a vibrant, uplifting home. Thank you for sharing.

She also made this art…pans into a big yellow square with a grey box. Come onnnnn 😂🙈
Oh but it’s “art” 🟨😑🙄
@@jessejess5159 🙈😂
Hey it takes confidence to pull that off as art, ya know? (And also helps to have friends who r too polite to call them out 😂)
I love her! She is just so adorable, and the home is beautiful
I like the idea of painting the snug ceiling pale lemony yellow. The house has a quirky, whimsical sensibility. A bit like the lady of the house.
Beautiful renovation. Love everything about this home.
Lovely home. So much to look at.
Agree😊
Such a beautiful home.
Wonderful home so beautiful decor 🍁🍂

Each to there own, and its her house and individual style, but there is no coherency or flow at all for me personally.
I agree😊
came here to say this. Too much of a hodgepodge, felt uneasy just looking at it
I totally agree.
@@vq2vx Omg I literally kept thinking 🤔 this is just another house of “hodgepodge” lol
Completely agree!
Lovely home. Not overdone, cosy and colourful.
Stunning home ❤
Beautiful home! Thanks for sharing and God bless you and family!❤
Wow! What a rebuild!

Lovely share . I imagine the evolution as her style seasons. .
Lovely home

This ecclectic has no rhyme or reason the whole of it looks like a garage sale!
Such a lovely home. Love everything about it ✨
reminds me a bit of alexandra tolstoy who is my favourite decorator.
This home appears in Beata Heuman's book...I'm confused, I thought Heuman decorated it. Lovely home.
such an affected accent. Love the bedroom, don't like the loo next to the bath
I thought it was only me re. The accent
@@mairailm.4132 really grating isn't it
Fabulous!!!
We have a duck bottle opener somewhere too
Had laugh out loud when she said it wasn't ridicously expensive - says the woman who upholstered her walls! Wow!
I couldnt help but notice that both the interiors and her tone of voice are "heavily influenced" by acclaimed British decorator Beata Heuman😜
I thought exactly the same!
She worked for Beata previously. Good design eye on her client projects.
I thought she sounded like Beata right away as well (who is Swedish....) and then it was doubly odd when her interior style was reminiscent of Beata too. Well, not odd just ...noteworthy. A beautiful home though!
Beata is Swedish and has a gentle Swedish accent when she speaks English.

Each to their own , everything thrown together .anyone can call them self an interior decorator these days .
😂
Beautiful work but a very nervous lady play with her hair and talk very push
These videos are good but a bit too long. If the duration can be made to less than 30 minutes it would be more interesting
What kind of dialect/accent does she have?
Public school accent.
OMG
She can not be serious about the yellow painting.
I love her style, but was very distracted by her hands…😓
Is she swedish?
I dont get it!
A Beata Heuman's clone here.
