Great video! Quick question: how do you get in between the cylinder looking things inside the fryer? More specifically where the thermostat probes are? We have a lot of build up in that area, but it’s a hard to get tight space Thank you
This is such an amazing and satisfying video to watch!! I love how clean you got that fry!! What was in that spray bottle?? I need some of that magic cleaning water for my fryers! Keep up the amazing work!!!
As someone who is daydreaming about starting their own business while trying to get through their day at the office, these videos are amazing! :) How do you dispose of the oil and dirty water?
Great job I been following the process with all your videos uploads on this food truck it’s been a great experience journey so far watching the process take care
@@TheCrazyPop Thanks! :) Need to find something to clean my personal deep fryer with. So sticky :P Will see if we have something similar here in Sweden.
Do you have any advice on what equipment I should buy to transport hot oil Out of Deep fryer after finishing at a food festival? It takes so long for the deep fryers to cool down if I leave the oil in there.
Don't let it get to that dirty and the cleanup is much simpler. Still a bit of work but not so much build up. There is also a deep fryer screen on the market that could catch more crumbs before they sink to the bottom of the fryer.
We bought this trailer used and this is how dirty it was when we bought it. hard to believe they let it get this bad, but like you said, now that it is clean it will be easier to keep clean. I will look for that screen, that will really help.
How could you install and remove such a screen around those flues without distorting it and having the crumbs fall off into the basin? Unless there's a sealed access cover I don't know about?
What was the liquid name that you sprayed on it

I wonder how in the world a food inspector passed on this food trailer from the former owners? You all are doing a great job!
Thanks, we have wondered the same thing!!
How much is a deep cleaning? I’m starting equipment repair and preventative maintenance
I honestly have no idea what this would have cost if we had to pay someone. But it sure was a job, that's for sure.
Sos pads for the baskets,$5 not$20. ;)
Amazing video!! Great stuff. Just a pro tip: use a plastic spatula and not a metal one.
Best of luck big guy
What about the top part where the heat come out the hole
It wasn't near as bad as the rest of the fryer, but we did clean it.
Wow, what a difference!👍😊
Hey Bobbi!! Yeah, I am amazed at how clean it turned out. I just knew it would never clean up like that.
Look at all that flavor😂
🤣🤣🤣
That fryer looks almost new now
Yeah, I'm shocked
Would love to see a video of cleaning the back of the fryer please, where the vent is
How to clean rust from a fryer?

Not really...yet. I'm still learning and just now getting started with this. If I find out a good way, I will be sure to pass it along.
My dad always said anything not worth working and fighting for is not worth having. Man you guys have difficulty put in the overtime
Yeah, It has been a job for sure!!

@scabscerte just look it up? It sits on TOP of them and is like a rectangle basket.
What the name of degreaser
I wouldn't wear rubber shoes or use plastic containers to catch hot liquids elder.
Let me know if you come in Indy, got a job for you
Sure will!
Please use proper protective gloves the next time you're using those cleaning products. It will be better for your health✌️
Sure will
After seeing that fryer, I bet I know why the last guy closed.
Lol, it really was nasty
Can I hire your wife at my job lol
LOL, sure!!
Is there a reason for not using gloves and other protective gear while cleaning, especially being exposed to those chemicals?
