Question! What about tests for Vaccine INJURED by the Covid-19 Vaccines. Some of these tests does not showing, damage and inflammation in the body. For example my Hb1Ac always on the top of the range.im feeling sick the last 2 and half years after my Covid 19 Vaccine reaction!
Yes your correct, A British scientist called John Yudkin wrote a book called pure white and deadly warning us of the dangers of sugar in 1972 but his claims were quashed by Ancel keys an American scientist who pushed low fat margarine and all the low fat shit foods full of sugar
What about the very overlooked mycotoxins, and their cascade effect on many levels, including hijacking the immune system itself? Mold is a Root Cause of many conditions and chronic illnesses.
You should do both. LP(a) is mostly genetic and gives you a good baseline understanding of your personal risk levels and management strategies for your lipid levels.
The US National Kidney Foundation recommends eGFR over creatinine: "the best way to know how well your kidneys are working is to look at your estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR)."
@@pramuanchutham7355 yes, creatinine based estimated GFR is useless on very low and higher protein diets. Use cystain C for higher/adequate protein diets to estimate the GFR

I also would add fasting insulin, CRP, TSH, Ferritin , B12 and Liver Function.
Isnt Cystatin C a better indicator for kidney health?
yes, especially on a diet with adequate protein
Thank you. Will you be posting how to interpret these results?
Excellent will do
Should I stop taking creatin before the creatinine test?
I think people should eat properly and exercise regularly and enjoy life oh and stop eating processed sugary food …Sugar is the real issue…

Thanks for the great video doctor. I've actually had all seven of those this past year. What about lipoB, crp, and homocysteine tests?
do you have inflammation?
@@MOAB-UT really need to take those tests to determine that. My CRP test came back very low, but quest direct did not offer homocysteine testing
Why not just take apoB instead of (a)?

Lipo a does not improve predictabillity for CV events compared to the classic Framingham ; so forget lipo a and keep the lipid panel
Plus ApoB, surely?
full video here with an explanation and discussion of ApoB: ua-cam.com/video/yYOgSy6-GLQ/v-deo.html
My blood test shown that hemoglobin is perfect but the red cells size is small or domething like that, dont even know what to make of that
Fasting insulin and GGT
ApoB is a pretty important test
Liver enzymes also
Fasting Insulin. Test blood sugar at home.

yes, full video here with an explanation of ApoB: ua-cam.com/video/yYOgSy6-GLQ/v-deo.html
Fasting and balanced electrolytes will see you through without wasting money on tests. Don’t do it.
Why would you not want to know your blood counts? I get blood tests several times a year (I'm diabetic) and it costs me next to nothing.
Well done you.
Great advice !@@jeffreyjohnson7359
then why doesnt every doctor order these blood test when you go in for a routine checkup huh?
Very handsome man
Strong association in NO WAY AT ALL, ZERO means causation. Just to be clear. You might want to think about the cause.
