How are so few people mentioning Kid Icarus Uprising? That game was super good. Other notable titles are Dream Drop Distance, the Layton games, Mario & Luigi and Rhythm Heaven Megamix.
I gotta say, I’m trying to get through 3D Land and it’s kinda dragging me down. I know there are some cool levels but it’s kinda just… not hitting it for me. Maybe it’s cuz I played 3d world and, though that game is way too quick and easy, the levels were very well designed and looked really good. 3d land is not a bad game but I’d just rather play other games.

Bought that game when I was 18 the year it came out. I remember them asking for my license. Those graphics were incredible for the 3ds and definitely one of my favorite 3ds games.
Not a single mention of ever oasis, it's so good, dude. I don't do turn based stuff a lot, so MH4U, rhythm thief, fantasy life, pokemon super mystery dungeon, dillon's rolling western, metroid samus returns, and the yo kai watch series are some personal favorites of mine. I get that some of those other games are objectively better, but these ones hold very special places in my heart.
well I mean it's HIS top 10. I too prefer Persona over mainline SMT games purely because I don't like the stories in these titles. I love humanity and SMT doesnt (tho SMT 3, 4 and 5 ost slaps REALLY HARD)
the 3DS is where Pokémon started to tank in quality and just gameplay imo. Pokémon black/white 2 were the last 2D Pokémon games and even now there has not been a Pokémon game as good as it ever since. the 3DS pokemon games are good but not better than anything on this list imo. they could’ve been much better
Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love dream team and the rest of the M&L series, but dream team is filled to the brim with tutorials. Although the game is long, a good amount of it just feels like tutorials that could have been a single text box

I’m 40 hours in and still not at the final boss somehow. i got burned out when u had to fight the zeekeeper with giant luigi. now the gameplay as usual is great, the Mario luigi games have some of the best turn based combat on the 3ds imo but man is it so needlessly long

They made a bunch of Japan exclusives that are honestly pretty solid. Since level-5 is in charge of the pranchise, the newer ones have a very chill yokai watch like artstyle.
