Hello, my name is Luke "Playa T." Clebsch. Thank you for watching my beginner harmonica lesson entitled "Harmonica Basics 12 - Harmonica Lesson How to Play Trills."
In this harmonica lesson I demonstrate how to play harmonica trill between the 4 and 5 draws. This is a very common sound heard in modern blues harmonica. So if you want to learn how to play blues harmonica, you have got to get this tool in your belt!
I then demonstrate some ideas for trilling like -4 and -5, to +4 and +5, to -3 and -4. A really nice little lick on the Harp.
Finally I demonstrate the idea of bending the notes down while your doing the trill to give it that down and dirty sound!
I hope you find this free harmonica lesson youtube video helpful. Thank you so much for watching. Please let me know if these videos are helping, and/or if there is any subject material you would like to see covered.

I love the way you demonstrate the sounds with your mouth to hit each of the bends... 😂
The technique is useful and memorable 🙏

Your trills are awesome. But trills in combination with bendings is still hard for me. It will take a lot of practicing. Thanks a lot and greetings from Munich.

Glad to know I'm not the only one who plays the guitar and the harmonica at the same time

+deputyseal409 Uh, people have been doing that for decades. Ever heard of Bob Dylan? Smh. Was the point of your comment just to brag about the fact you do both or what? What a tool.

Cool, that's good then...same as the one I bought. I can hope then that with practice I can get somewhere near the tone you get on this. Thanks for the reply.

Actually it's probably a Lee Osakr. I don't have any special 20's any more because I kept blowing them out...
