      @LT-bz1pk basic 3 HFT + I'm into strength training
      (btw, the GOAT strength athletes are fascia driven to some extent. Litsen to ed coan GOAT powerlifter describe what's going on in his body when he lifts and how every fiber in his body is working Together, NOT separate [muscle driven] )
      So, I took this approach and applied HFT training principles to my lifting. I only wear barefoot type shoes everywhere, and when I lift, I place marbles on my second toe like HFT swing. I find it helps me to lift with better technique, more force production, and develop my neural drive better than without it.
      HFT is not just the future of field sports BUT also ALL strength training as a whole 💪🏿
