You just have to respect Stafford after that play. Evading the linemen for that long, getting the ball that far down field, taking the hit that he did, and coming in for that final play to complete a difficult past is truly great

Browns made TWO game-losing mistakes on that same play/sequence. The video shows first one (the penalty extending the game) but then, with Stafford hurt on the sidelines and the backup QB in the game, the Browns called timeout after seeing the offensive setup, which gave Stafford the time/opportunity to come back into the game for the final play.

2:16 happened in a high school state championship game in Oregon several years ago. With his team down 4 points on the game's final play, the fastest receiver in the state burned the other team's secondary and found himself wide open with no one between himself and the endzone. All he needed to do to win the game was catch the pass, turn around, and run to the endzone--nobody could catch him. The QB found him and hit him with a perfectly targeted pass, BUT HE DROPPED THE BALL! 😧😧😧 (Just a week before, this losing team won their semifinal when their opponent went for a game-winning 2 after a late TD only for the pass to slip right through the receiver's hands.)

That Bengals bungle is incomplete. Steelers did get the ball but it was deep in their own half and Ben's shoulder was shot. Then Burfict decided to try to murder AB (the ball was 10 yards away) and that PI + 15 for unnecessary roughness is how Steelers found themselves in the field goal range.

And I wouldn’t have gone for it either time. Tie the game with the extra point and go to OT. I’m not a big fan of trying 2 pt tries but at the end of the game, don’t risk it, just go to OT

    Chase Claypool: The Immature Reception

for the steelers one, claypool did immaturely celebrate, but the vikings guy did hit the ball out of his hands which is not aloud.

At 5:29 you can see why that pass was poorly thrown and therefore the guy couldn't catch it. It was good defensive play by the Steeler's TJ Watt. He made the pass go off course just a little.

If you dive into it, the Baltimore play has HUGE ramifications for not only this game but the entire Ravens 2021 season. They were at 8-3 with an excellent chance to make the playoffs, and now have fallen to 8-8, hoping they can win and rely on the Jaguars to beat an Indianapolis team who has been beating top opponents all season long. It's a little bit sad. But only a little bit sad. I'm a Bills fan.

Shouldve added the Texans vs Saints opening MNF game. Came down to the wire. Brees through a hailmary where the reciever fell down untouched with a 2 seconds left in the game. Texans db came over to the reciever and touched him down. Giving the saints enough time to kick a field goal. If the db had left him alone the game wouldve ended and gone to OT. Texans released the DB the next day.

5:21 Going for two there was somewhat justified. The Ravens had almost no leeway in rotating their secondary and were constantly getting burned. Harbaugh thought that they couldn't survive OT where they had to stop a TD should they lose a coin toss so he took a chance to win it outright.
