Morning, thanks from the UK for these videos. We're limited by the ground we have available to shoot on and the firearms we're allowed access to, seeing the skill and abilities displayed in this series makes me (us) jealous! Keep them coming..
You should move to the US. Not California or New York.
That's an awesome format for a long range competition. 👍👍👍
I just watched this video.... I appreciate all the info and the formatting of your videos. I use to watch the National Rifle League ones, which have way to much interviewing time. From now on I will watch you.
Very enjoyable great footage..keep that stuff coming guys
Hope there will be more match videos from you. Training and working on the fundamentals will get you longer up on the list.
Looks like fun! I think I'm going to try it out this year. I'm curious why the guys decided not to use a bipod, and if they would next time?
Круто. Молодець
I must have missed the invitation…
Which device would you recomment to measure velocity? Labradar or Magnetospeed or anotherone?
Thanks
Do a trajectory validation, using the g7 ballistic program. Mike Davidson does a video on it.
When u know u r consistently high & u don't adjust for this in subsequent shots, don't b surprised if u still consistently high🤔
who makes those steel targets.
They could have benefitted from a couple FFP scope so they weren't guessing there misses
What cartridges were they shooting?
Mitch Stilborn they usually shoot 7mm R.E.M. Mag
I have no doubt I could hit everyone of these targets as long as…no running between targets and no offhand stuff. Give me just prone stuff and wind under 15mph. 😂
This proves they never learned from shooting high....that was seriously frustrating
This video further proves that shooting at an animal at distances beyond 5/600 yards is a crapshoot.
The wind is the killer. If there is any wind at all, the idea of shooting an animal at distance should be thrown out the window.
@@chazbeed5067 Agreed, I believe in giving the animal you're hunting an equal chance to live that you have of killing it. Ethics one would call it. Long range hunting is just target shooting.
Totally agree. Wind is the most visible variable. Elevations with apps is very accurate these days with .5 moa loads. But wind… always adds serious unpredictability.
Wind can indeed b a momma!
Why the obnoxious noise in the background?
