I don’t think you need to push that plunger rod in all the way-just release it…maybe push in just a little. That should provide adequate pressure for the grease to flow.
Thanks, just got my m12 grease gun, and yeah you guessed it, no instructions like really, so you helped me out, and the funny thing is, I had the same grease you had lol keep up the good tutorials 😀
If you unscrew it a little before pulling the rod out it's much easier. When it's screwed down tight you're fighting the suction created as you pull the rod.
I saved the instructions, read the instructions, and still couldn't figure out how to load the grease. lol. Maybe I should have a grease gun.... Thanks for the video. Now I can grease the front U joints on my 2021 Super Duty. Believe it or not, it has one place to grease on the U joints at the half shaft.
VCG Construction I have to think about what the best value for the 2 3ah battery deal would be. Some of the cheaper tools don't seem to make sense to me value wise. I was hoping for the brushless hammer drill, but alas no.
ok, well when i attempted to remove the grease cartridge, this really big spring (graeasy of course) came out witha pull. no cartridge so i'm questioning the last person that had this grease gun, "what did you do?" now i need toclean it all up to start over again.
You apparently don't know much yourself... the way you had such a hard time pulling that rod out; I WILL TELL YOU "HOW TO DO IT"! Next time, BEFORE trying to pull the rod out, TURN THE CARTIDGE A COUPLE OF TIMES, TO RELEASE PRESSURE... it will slide out nice and smooth. YOU'RE WELCOME!!!😉
I cant stand mine its constantly losing prime, wasted more time on this stupid tool about to throw it in the trash. I can toss a tube in any of my cheap $12 hf grease guns and use the entire tube with no hassle. I can even get one ball joint greased with this pita thing. Everytime i used it its been nothing but a pita. I hate it. Waste of $100 used it 6x if that constant hassle. Tried to bleed with the depresser took out the allen, works a sqirt then stops constantly.
Good thing theres people like you doing these types of videos. I just got mine and opened it from the wrong side. Great videos.

This maybe a recent change, but there is a vent on the front of the pump. Press it while drawing the rod back and it'll pull much easier.
Ya u dont pull the rod out when still in the gun . Remove the tube then pull back the rod

@@DonziGT230 or push the vent button on the front of the pump body. But yeah unscrew it first works too
Are you sure that the rod gets pushed back in when loading a new full tube of grease?
Can you put different types of grease once one is empty?
And the theme from the GREASE movie..nice touch!
Thanks, Vince!
If you use the pressure relief valve its much easier.
Who had a Milwaukee add play before the start of this video?
The explosion was awesome Nick!
When you coupler your coupling 😉
Thanks for watching Shawn!! How are you brother?
VCG Construction were doing good hope you are as well

Thanks man! Super helpful!!! 🤟🏽👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Any chance you could demo how to load from a bulk pump via a grease zurk?
Thanks!!!!
That's all there is to priming it, Lotta people complaining about how hard it is to get primed
Yup, pretty simple!
Had to laugh when you asked "Did you throw the instructions away". Of course you did!
Good video brother I’m going to buy one now. 99.00 bucks. Can’t beet it. From the looks of it. Thanks.
Wow great video ) well explained.
You had to turn the cylinder a few times to release the vacuum seal before pulling the rod out. That is not mentioned in the instructions.
Vince I love that grease gun more and more every time I see it in your videos I want to get one now. Peace my brothers. This means you to Nick
Thank you Makita man!! This is Nick

I would belive you .. but removing the battery is not necessary for any of that
Smacking the battery like that is how they break the taps. Ask me how I know lol
Can you imagine it come flying out
Me: yes… imagine
push the bleeder
Nice
Let's get greasy! Lol show us the tundra that gives you so much trouble
The Tundras never give me any trouble, it’s the grease gun that’s the trouble!! 🤣🤣🤣

Gives good instruction for loading grease. But puts probably the worst grease in the gun.
Who uses 400ml cartridges? Waste of money
Thank you!
Thank you!!
