We had a guy in high school that drove around in a 70 Nova with a hood scoop and had a blower whine to the sound of the engine. Guy would never pop the hood and just repeated trust it's a blown 350. I called him out as faking it with using straight cut timing gears for the cam. His eyes got as wide as dinner plates and defensively replied back "NO". Still never poped the hood and never stopped claiming it was a blown 350.
The display has uses. You can be at a car meet and have your youtube channel, Instagram name, maybe even website. Not just for you but everyone else who posts about their car. So if you like a car you can easily follow that person to see more of it.

Oh and the last one the little usb light gets extremely hot.. bought some for a game prop (Fallout Nuka Cola Quantum) and it almost melted the power bank connection. FYI!!!

Silicone is rate for max 350c for short periods of time, that's probably fine on like a stock civic, but any extra power and those silicone caliper covers will warp. Porche brakes get to temperatures of up to 750c for reference.
Ricers objectives are to just spend the most amount of money possible on useless shit.

to be fair with the fake center locks, i can understand it, i mean even smaller pickup trucks that can't tow shit and have itty bitty breaks have center locks, so it kinda makes sense.

As someone who have studied plastic and worked with injection molding. These would get a maximum 5 minimum track time. After that the discs and wheels would be more slippery than a h**ker after a 9 guy session. shit would melt and stick to everything around it

Look into the SQ5 with Navarra Blue/Magma Red color combo. My mom has it and it looks pretty sharp. Sport package, so it has red brake calipers and black optics. It works pretty well. It's not like that hot garbage.
The center lock wheel is just dumb. Most ricer mods exist because people say they look cool, and I can understand that for a wing, scoop, or aggressive bumper. But the center lock doesn't look better than stock, looks about the same. But for people that know, it makes the car look a lot more expensive. So it's to make other people think your car is more expensive, not because it looks better. So it's just upbadging it. If it becomes a trend people will start saying it looks better because that's what everyone else says, not because it looks better.
Right now you can go up to strangers in public, men or women, and they will say a center lock looks just as good as the exposed lug nuts, nobody will say the center lock looks a lot better.
NGL those caliper skins are pretty nice. If you've got old crusty brembos that have been on a car for 10 years in new england salted winters, painting them or powdercoating them is only a losing battle. If these are cheap I could get black or silver and just slap em on there and not have my brakes look like booty inside the wheels. For every day driving they should hold up just fine, definitely not for a track car.
Red and blue don’t go well, I agree, though Craig Lieberman’s R34 was Blue and red and it looked fantastic, probably because he has taste and he based his livery on the Signal Auto R34.
Skyline owners are already buying fake LMGT1 wheels and putting fake center locks on them. LOL
I kinda like the centre locks, they would look stupid on my car but I feel like some cars could pull it off, but thats just me
Ive seen blue with red accenting in the way of pinstripeing or some lettering work but never red as a base color with blue for the accents

I can disagree with the reflective tape, if it's the type that absorbs the light and glows in the dark I can see it as a cool decal when you place it in the right places
The fake turbos are made to sound like diesel turbos which do pretty much just make a constant whistle
That plastic, if it doesn't melt onto the calipers, is quickly going to become brittle and probably shatter when the next guy to do the breaks tries to remove them.
Tons of real wheels from the 90s have center lock style caps it was trendy at one point. Nobody is trying to look like they have center locks it’s just the style

It’s going to take a long time to change and balance tires now. Poor tire techs lol.
1) The "Centerlock" product. It would not be so bad if you could get any make or just a centerpiece with just colors. At least to me anyway, I also would like to see a Supra Set on your Toyota after it is back on the street.
2) The brake covers would be for someone that keeps their car as a trophy and/or for longtime strorage.
3) This is a good idea if you have something to sell or to advertise for the company that you work for.
4) I thought th at thse already existed. You know the whistle that wkaes a twirling noise. It is on a Simpson's Episode when Homer becomes a Mason. (Stonecutter in, 'Homer the Great'.)
5) If you want LEDs, then why not go buy a set and install them?
6) You want to go cheaper? Buy colored Duct tape. Why not just Have your rims powder coated? At least it will be professionall done ugly.
7) I thought you were supposed to grow out of nightlights. This unless you are a Spy, an Assassin, a memeber of one of the Super Government Bodies like the FBI or the Secret Service and you gotta use a lower lights to do your usual job

Going to a car meet in El Paso for the first time makes me think like Drew Peacock point of view. Car meets are not like they were. Only 5 of 50 impressed me. Challengers and Chargers are not immune because I’ve seen enough to not be impress to care about them. Especially dumb Nike logos like they’re sponsored.

Hell I use to be a ricer until I found this channel, back in the day I riced out a Chevy HHR. I thought it was so cool, haha nah it was really gay.
Sold it bought a Scion TC, added bolts and a big turbo made 290-300hp in a car that weighed 2400ish pounds. I know those numbers are nothing nowadays, but back in the 2010s that was pretty good.

Why yall hatin' on fake center locks, all they did was make them rim-unspecific and cheaper in quality lol, and thats what should be hated; This product in particular and not the entire concept. Theyve been around for a while. Look at Super Advans like the SA3R. They made lug nut covers and a large center nut from factory for these. Made it look practically the same, yet I see nobody hate on them.
While that product is bad 100% and shouldnt really exist, the concept wasnt made by them, and it honestly looks good if done properly
