Since PhD positions are treated as full-time paid jobs at our university, the candidates do not need additional scholarships. Me and my friends we're talking about doing masters in Germany. But we don't know anything about scholarships, college fees and living expenses and others ,. Maybe I figured it out that is not affordable for middle class family.
