nice video, do you know if the iPad Pro 5th and 6th gen have the same screen?
What brand of suction pliers is that? I bought one and it just barely has any sticking power at all, and I'd rather have pliers like that than just the cup or something else that requires two hands to really use (like the iFixit tool).
just a regular suction cup from like mobilesentrix or somewhere that sells electronics repair stuff even amazon
Hi! I’ve got mine a damaged screen if ever i got it replaced by a third party technician aside from apple, will the replacement screen be as good as the original screen? I’m wondering if my apple pencil will still work with it and the 120hrtz refresh rate.
Yea as long as the technicial uses the correct quality of part it should be as OEM spec

I replaced the screen and it was working and when I put all the screws back in place screen won’t turn on any idea wats wrong with it?
Try to do a hard reset it is similar to the newer iphones where you need to do a sequence (vol up then vol down then hold power 10seconds) otherwise you may have unplugged the flexes when you put it back together as they are very flimsy connection
my ipad pro was screen replaced and the apple pencil is no longer as accurate as the original screen, is there a serialization problem?

Yess!!! I’ve been waiting for someone to post about a replacement for the 12.9 5gen. My screen is cracked on the corner and now when I draw in procreate half the screen doesn’t work very frustrating. I’m looking for replacement parts for the screen and the LCD Flex. Sometimes when I press on my iPad when it’s off it will work but not all the time. It’s like the connection inside is lose. I’d LOVE LOVE some advice. I don’t have $500 to get it professionally fixed. I will have to do it myself eventually. I’m pretty good with my hands and following directions.
Hey! im glad you enjoyed it. So usually when the Glass is broken the digitizer can be intermittently non functioning as it is part of the glass, sounds like you would require an entire screen (Glass + LCD ) replacement... Check Mobilesentrix for parts :) hope this helps
If it's exactly half of screen not working then sometimes this can be from the glue you put around the screen not being level and it pulling up one side more than the other this causes half the touch to not work once the glue is removed the screen touch returns to normal
@social-club-fuengirola I haven’t tried to fix it yet. I dropped it n the left bottom corner is cracked. And now when I try to draw on it doesn’t work. If I’m in procreate and draw with black, it will be very very very faint grey. Almost not there at all. Definitely not able to draw on it. I bought a new screen but bc the screen isn’t apple genuine product I don’t want to use it. I don’t want a notification saying this iPad part is not genuine ya know?

Hello I have an screen issue with my m1 ipad pro 12.9. The display is very dim and displays faded white and black image but the touch input seems to be working fine. Is the issue a broken screen or loose connector?
It could be either the backlight is gone on display/mobo OR the light sensor is not working
