Cosmeston Relays 2024

If you go down to Cosmeston Lakes Country Park on the 2nd Wednesday evening in July you'll find yourself immersed in one of the most popular running events in South Wales. 250 teams of 3 runners each take on a 4.6k course through the picturesque park..it's complete anarchic chaos!
