- With the name “Torture Town,” you know iJustine’s Super Mario Maker level won’t be a walk in the park!
Check out her original level in Super Mario Maker for Wii U and hit “Like” if it gets your vote. The person whose level gets the most “Likes” by September 9th, 2015 will be declared the Super Creator.

Super Mario Maker launches in stores and in the Nintendo eShop on Wii U on the 11th of September.

I don't hate iJustine personally, but I don't like how some video game companies basically treat her as the "Face of the UA-cam Gaming Community".

DaPacMan2012 I really like PewDiePie, Markiplier and a whole ton of other big UA-camrs..they could basically get anything (at least related to games for free), but I do not so these comments on their videos...if you think she gets a lot for free, then you should look at bigger UA-camrs.

Also, since people wanna hate iJustine, others who feel she doesn't deserve said hate are going to to defend her. That's how PEOPLE work.

iJustine appeals to the casual gamers or non-gamers. I don't think people should dislike this video or hate her because of it. Not everyone is a hardcore gamer so having someone who appeals to the more casual crowd shows that you don't have to be a hardcore gamer to enjoy playing games. That being said, I'm not a fan of iJustine's style of commentary or videos.

I'm not a fan of iJustine (never watched her videos, with exception of the ones feature by Nintendo), but it depresses me that this gaming community is so ignorant and close minded. All the people they got for this Creator Challenge are from different kinds of channels with different public, and I think it's awesome that Nintendo had the initiative to do something like this. It shows that Mario Maker can bring people to have fun together, no matter if you consider yourself a hardcore completionist or a casual gamer. In the end, everyone plays to have fun.
Seeing people hating on the video and on iJustine just because she represents part of the casual demographic is concerning to me. Seriously, you don't need to have an imaginary "badge of honor" to play and enjoy video games, or even to call yourself a "gamer".

I have never even heard of her before this, but according to this comment section the community seems to be simply split between the fanboys/fangirls and the haters, and both groups are pretty disgusting from what I read here. On one hand, the haters (which is referring to the people who have unbridled hate for her, and does not include people who have legitimate reasons backing a dislike of her as a youtuber) sling terrible things about her and her channel. On the other hand, the fandom does nothing but whine how she is not getting more likes, call anyone who does not like her a sexist, and sometimes shames the other channels in the process. So yeah, the debate is not really about games, it is about people's unbridled hate or absolute devotion to this woman.

Guys, take it easy on iJustine. I don't mind her. And this was my personal favorite out of the five levels. The Giant Winged Magikoopa was outstanding. Putting your life at risk being a necessity to move on. I like that concept.
The ending part is a hilarious cluster that appears to change with each playthrough and the beginning has multiple ways to go about it so to speak. Creatively made, especially for trying the game for the first time and props for using SMB1 elements. Currently in the top 3 with Mat Pat and Jirard; I'll decide later which order they go into.
That was an awesome level. I live how hectic it got at the end. The Boos coming out of the blocks were a huge surprise xD

iJustine established herself as one of the earliest successful UA-camrs and has a lighthearted mainstream appeal. IMO not all gamer videos need to be expert run thrus. It's nice to see somebody with a bit of personality just have some fun with a game. Plus from watching her channel, she clearly likes Nintendo but isn't overly biased (also doing work for other companies).

I want to say something about iJustine. She's a UA-camr that has been around for a long time. Yes, she has a gaming channel, and yes, she's not pretty good at it, but, you can always see her having fun or raging at her videos, even though, I think that the main reason for her to be doing this video is that she actually loves Nintendo. She DOES have all the amiibo, and she has also been nothing but kind with the company and with the viewers. I believe that she doesn't deserve this much hate.
Fan of MatPat and Jirard here. Their levels were good, but I gotta hand it to Justine. I found this level to be the most interesting one. I voted for her.

I felt that how you had to guide the magikoopas winged magic into the blocks in front of the pipe was an interesting way to force players into finding out the puzzle to get though it.
Though the flag at the end was a bit disappointing as it was an easy way of clearing the level that can be replicated many times
but props for choosing a original Super Mario Bros layout instead of Super Mario World layout that others have chosen.

When given the time, I am sure you can make more amazing levels using the Super Mario Maker. So don't see it as a negative, instead see it as a positive and future potential if you do happen to buy the game when it is released and make more levels, I am sure there are people who would love to play your style of thinking out how to get through what at first appears impossible. Also this was a competition with a time limit so pressure was on everyone in it.
