As a TR my favourite activewear is a breathable crop top (not an active bra, i think they make me look too stiff) with slim-leg highwaisted pants. My pants are breathable bamboo material, and i can do all exercise in them - yoga, gym weight lifting and walking). SO glad to have found a style that im comfortable with, and could wear as regular daily clothing too!
I’ve always hated athletic clothes so I’m glad to incorporate some off these
Some athletic clothes, especially a few years back, are just not fun!
I’m here because I feel stressed out, so as I wash dishes, I’m listening.

These are good but also achievable ideas! Athletic Wear / Gym Wear is one of the departments where I find the hardest to find pieces that suit my body type.

Remember sometimes slim shoes aren't the best for your exercise though! I love wearing slim tiny sketches day to day, but for my gym exercises, I need a much flatter stable shoe, for squats and weight lifting, so I do need chunkier shoes too!
