wish they kept that scene in. we needed a michael and stanley wholesome moment
A bit out of character for Stanley though. I enjoyed that, but probably deleted because Stanley isnt someone who says that’s what she said jokes?
@@pk3 it's pretzel day!!! So yes he is allowed to go out of character :D
@@pk3 uhhh He MEATBALLED JIM
They needed a bit of drama between the two;
@@pk3 no not really. I think it would be a good moment for them. It does seem like something Stanley would do.
I never thought it’d ever see Stanley laughing with the person he least respects, I guess pretzels do unite people
Least respects, or least respects as a boss? I don't think stanley hated michael, he just felt he was an incompetent boss, but after a few other bosses showed just how much worse they could be, I'm sure he missed Michael
@@cdavid469 or in Charles’ case, forced him away from his crossword puzzles.
Death makes pretzels of us all.
Only if it has the works.
Stanley doesn't like b.s. But pretzel day is an occasion, and it unites people; that's the magic of it.
Everyone thinks they’re Pam or Jim,
but deep inside we are all Stanley
Or Ryan and Kelly
Wrong idiot, I think I'm Dwight.
I just went to Sonic. So, for me, today was Pretzel Day.
I'm Toby.
True. I’m also just trying to get home to my glass of wine. For the antioxidants.
The end of that Jim and Pam scene felt too real. Also they’d should’ve kept the Stanley and Michael scene in that was hilarious.
It would have added to the list of things Stanley laughs at, which is already a very short list.
@@gregorymoore2877 Yes that and meatballs 🤣
nah
@@devanshah06 that’s what she said
I feel robbed that they didn't include this in the final cut.
Also a reminder that Ryan started the fire
Fire guy
They don’t teach that in business school.
No. If you rented an apartment with only one kitchen, then you would have been robbed. You would have been taken for a ride.
Ryaan started the firee🤘
I can't believe I started the fire.
"How far away did you think we were?"
"I don't know...it felt far." My heart 🥺
How many kitchens does he think someone needs?
@@moongypsyguerrero1925 At least 3. Otherwise you're being taken for a ride.
aaaw u so precious
poor emo kids
Cheating
Stanley is so effortlessly funny, that’s why he is one of my fav characters
Definitely one of my Top-15.
@@jonathanwhite6881 lol
Despicable character but so well represented. There’s always one Stanley in every office everywhere
Stanley’s that’s what she said was worth waiting for. Michael and Stanley bonding was such a rarity I wish they would have left that in the episode. It was truly short and sweet
That.. nvm
@@CC___3 😂😂
Michael and Stanley together always leave me satisfied and pleasured.
@@ReezyR that’s what she said
The pretzel scene with Stanley starts at 3:58 everyone. Everything else is more Pam and Jim cryptically missing each other.
Nothing cryptic with that. Please reply the right way.
No ,everything else is why the scene was deleted.
@@tompet4772 "Everything else" was not deleted.
Thank you, was painful to sit through
Thanks bro, i clicked the video just wanted to see Michael and Stanley, not Pam and Jim
The best part of this? At 2:01 the camera pulls back to include Jim's former chair but it feels like they're just talking across the aisle, but then at 3:52 when we see the chair again it just feels so emptier. _That's_ cinematography, man.
I guess everyone can interpret camera shots differently because for me, 2:01 felt empty too and was a reminder that Jim's no longer there. I can see your point more at 2:07 though since his desk is just out of frame
That's probably my favourite Jim and Pam scene in the entire series. It's so heartwarming yet simultaneously heartbreaking
It feels like a genuine conversation! It’s so sweet but it seems everyone is disappointed it’s not just a Michael and Stanley clip haha
@@misosoupbowl Because Jim and Pam’s whole “cryptically missing each other’s feelings” got old real fast. The title is literally referring to the Stanley and Michael scene, which is more entertaining and interesting than Jim and Pam stuttering like kids. It’s cringy and painful to watch.
@@MrSlendyMannn really it is one of the best scenes in the series but yah you enjoy the teenage pretzel scene
@@JoeDirt-ti7gr"the teenage pretzel scene" tf does that even mean lmfao. Just because you're a fanatic for some romantic BS doesn't mean other scenes are less meaningful. Also, that pretzel scene is 100x better than a cringe filled conversation between the show's 2 worst characters
The show creators have a fear that these extra bits would make the show unfunny, but most of these extras are just as relevant as the show. It creates a lot of depth in characters, something that Breaking Bad did very well(and some people found the third season boring for that reason)
Actually no. The show’s creators had pressure to make an episode within a time window of 20-22 minutes. Not less, and strictly not more that. They ended up shooting way more, because the actors would improvise and add scenes of their own during the shoots. So some absolute gem scenes were cut to reach that tight episode duration.
@@thegodofeyes2712 I blame commercials
Over the decades, the FCC has gradually caved to the demands of Big Television, and allowed more commercial time per hour.
I watched an episode with all the deleted scenes added back in once, and stopped part way through. The scenes themselves were funny, but it disrupted the flow of the overall episode and just didn't work. I think they've done a good job just releasing them as little vignettes or stitching them together into mini-episodes.
"I wake up every morning in a bed that's too small, drive my daughter to a school that's too expensive, and then I go to work to a job for which I get paid too little, but on Pretzel Day? Well, I like Pretzel Day."
Give us more Pretzel days!!!
Agreed
Seeing Stanley joking with Michael 😯 I wish we all had some pretzel days in 2022
National Pretzel Day is April 26
That’s seriously one of the best “that’s what she said” moments
It might have been ad libbed because Michaels laugh looks like he wasn’t expecting it
I just hate how real Pam and Jim made that I miss you feel. This show is just top tier
The sweetest phone call conversation ever. They are so sweet.
The editors for The Office were like goldsmiths: Even the small parts that didn't make it into the final product were made of pure and solid GOLD.
Michael's laughter starts so naturally, it makes me wonder if Stanley's actor improvised the line.
Could be, but Steve Carrell is also a wizard so I don't know if he would laugh out of character even if that was improvised
would love to see more Stanley and Michael moments
STANLEY, YOU ARE BLAAAAHHHHCK!!!!
Did I stutter??!!
@@gregorymoore2877 I SAID, DID I STUTTER
@@bobzombie2710 Obama is president!

Time flies when you're talking to your crush.
It's always satisfying to see a person like Stanley have sense of humor
How could they cut this scene out! That was so wholesome that moment between Stanley and Michael.
I think what some people might have missed in this scene is that although Michael was procrastinating all day. He landed the huge sale with Mr. Coselli through his antics. Absolutely legend.
Who would miss this? That's like a front and center plot point.
@@FandomCanon some people ...
I love how it seemed that Michael just wasted the whole day but then it's revealed that he did a big deal whilst in a sugar-rushed frenzy.
Yes! Yet more proof that Michael Scott is an outstanding salesman.
Stanley's the type of person who would make you burst to laughter by just literally looking at him
The one of times, when Stanley actually laughs at Michael's jokes and laughing with him..wow)
What are the odds there was a meatball off camera? 🤔
I was going to say it may be THE ONLY time he laughed at Michael's joke, but then I remembered Stanley cracking up at the Dundees a few times, especially during the Phyllis bit.
One of my absolute favorite scenes of Jim and Pam! Can't tell you how many times I've rewatched this scene. Seasons 1-3 John & Jenna portrayed Jim & Pam to perfection. So natural & realistic. ❤
If you dont see how much these two love each other in this so simple conversation you dont really get what makes the show great. And as always Jenna and John are perfect! Of course people are more interested in the %^#$ pretzel moment at end.
@@jerilane4420Let me guess, you're a woman and you're a sucker for cringe love stories. Your comment reeks of that.
4:14 is the most wholesome moment of this scene. I wish there were more interactions with Stanley and Michael like this.
Stanley and Micheal laughing together is something I never thought I’d ever see
Wish this scene had been kept in there, a rare moment where Stanley and Michael share a common interest. it genuinely sounds like Steve Carrell is hearing the line for the first time.
Ah yes,
Michael and Stanley bonding over pretzels.
The wholesome content I never knew I needed
One of the funniest and wholesome"that's what she said"😂
the scene between Jim and Pam made me wanna watch the office for the fourth time, ok here we go... .
wish we got more friendly time between Michael and Stanley
Only on Pretzel Day. The world needs a Pretzel Day.
I went in this video to see pretzels, not to be sad with Jim and Pam being apart, in different offices. :(
Well you don’t get it, because Stanley is a beautiful, sassy, powerful black man, and you’re… you. If you had any friends, you would understand. Friends joke with one another: “Hey um, you’re poor.” “Well hey, you’re mama’s dead.” That’s what friends do.
wow the fact we never got Stanley bonding with Michael over twisted candy bread is a shame
Inside we are all Stanley
There should've been more pretzel days on the show
And Dundees.
It’s surreal seeing Stanley hang out and genuinely enjoy himself with MICHAEL of all people…
I always laugh about Pam waiting for Sandra Bullock to appear in the movie because I did the same exact thing. I was actually at the theater for it too lol
aww stanley and michael’s scene made me genuinely laugh. they should’ve def kept it in!
At the end that's probably actually Leslie and Steve laughing together
I laughed and cried seeing Stanley and Michael happy for moment together 🥲
This phone scene to me is the most natural and accurate depiction of a fictional couple in love but cant come out and say it for many reasons. While there are many couples that have chemistry, passion and seem to belong together such as Outlander's great duo, Jim and Pam because of the actors and writers transcend TV as we seem to be eavesdropping on their intimate moments. This dialogue is particularly brilliant as it shows how the awkwardness of the first hello morphs into their easy playful conversation with them reconnecting even if only for the short time. Pam asking Jim what time it was as if he was in another time zone is so great a line. You know she wants to tell him she made a huge mistake and loves him but also scared he has moved on. He on the other hand doesnt want to go 0 for 3 in his confessions of wanting to be more than friends. They end the call not quite ready to stop but also not quite knowing what to confess. I have watched TV/movie couples for 50 years + and only watched the Office for the first time in the past year. Jenna and John are effortlessly portraying a couple here that even without being in the same room can exhibit more chemistry than 90% of the so called iconic couples of today. They are not rich, flashy or banging on the office desks. They are just the type of couple you buy into because they are like most of us. So subtle and so great! Probably a bit cuter though -ha
That scene with Michael and Stanley!! *Chef's kiss*
Before Stanley say "That's what she said" I already said that haha
I had an real moment of happiness watching this video.
Thanks
I always thought this episode was missing a miment between Michael and Stanley eith everything being said and done. I'm glad to see there was a moment made for it
Stanley made the "that's what she said" joke 😂🐐
Just a friendly reminder that Ryan started the fire
Wtf I feel robbed, why did they delete the Jim and Pam dialogue, some heavy emotional dialogue in there.
They didn't delete that. The Michael and Stanley scene was deleted.
That's in the show.
Creed Bratton’s secret identity is really Creed Bratton.
Stanley and Michael is such an underated duo
i love jim and pams love story in the beginning especially
Stanley is already in queue.
I like how they didn’t cut Pam and Jim’s scene even though it was out of context and just segued into Michael and Stanley’s pretzel moment
Stanley is my second favorite character after Michael Scott lol everything he says or does is funny. I wished he had more featured scenes.
The only "that's what she said" said by someone else that didn't make Michael angry
Bring that show back! Maybe the cast could do just 1 new episode every 6 months. Money, schedules, commitments…..no problem.
I can’t believe they removed that scene! 😩 that was a golden moment lol
I can't tell if the cameramen are supposed to be eavesdropping or they're just out in the open filming both of them lol
they kind of touched on this in the last season, that the crew caught a bunch of stuff without the "office staff" realizing it, using hidden cameras and shotgun mics etc
Shotgun mics only pick up what’s in front. They used parabolics when the lavs on the characters supposedly were turned off
Love the convo between the two of them
Jim really needs to bump his numbers up to 69. 😐
🤣
The only day that makes the man who only cares about crossword puzzles, the clock, and someone looking to the door for Jesus care about something else.
Man! Cameraman is everywhere at the same time. Much respect.
I’m glad that the first 4 minutes were non deleted scenes, so that way I could waste 4 minutes of my life watching what I wasn’t promised.
With all these pretzels Stanley eats, he could still do the most number of pushups than anyone in the office if he is allowed to leave early.
The only scene i remember Stanley laughing around Michael was Michael's tots😂😂
I love seeing these little clips of Michael and other characters just having a joke, or just bonding by sharing a bit of time
This is one of my favourite deleted scenes
They releasing all the deleted scenes besides the “and it’s art” scene
This channel is the gift that keeps giving.
The rare time we see Stanley and Michael actually getting along together
I feel like that was a Leslie moment, not a Stanley moment. The way Carrell cracks up seems very genuine
that awkward phone call man it felt too real
Pretzel day is the one day a year that Stanley & Michael aren’t at odds
Love this show
When Pam said “it felt far” I felt that 😢
That moment between Michael and Stanley--pure gold.
The only day they ever got on was pretzel day. They even high-fived in the cue ✌️🙂
She felt that she was so far away from him because she loves him but felt like she couldnt have her
we loveee to see it . best show everrrr
If Pretzel day was everyday, Stanley and Michael would be best buddies.
Nice to see they get along even just once a year
One of my favoriet momentsl!!
This was needed.
Y'all ever notice Stanley and Micheal always dressed alike when they were in the office.
Really wish they kept this scene in. It shows how close Jim and Pam really were and it was endearing seeing Stanley and Michael laugh together
I love how Michael and Stanley bonded over some pretzels lol
*We needed more "That's what she said" scenes...* @4:08
Y'all didn't have to make me freaking cry 😭
I hate that they did not include this on the episode. It was a rare glimpse of Stanley the Manley and Michael getting along.
Pam: "I got it from blockbuster"
Me: "How old is this episode?"
Anyone remember when binging with babish did the pretzel from the office
I want someone to love me the way Stanley love pretzel day. also I’m just putting this time stamp here for myself no reason at all. 4:11
I can’t believe that we got scammed out of a Stanley “That’s what she said” scene
these 2 scenes should have been left in!! 1st one was really heartfelt and 2nd one was hilarious lmaoo
That's the optimism I need in life
30 sec of actual deleted footage, but worth enough to watch the whole video 🙂
