Edit: I personally agree with the people who are saying that the ratio of chocolate to "skin" is more balanced. Especially considering that the quality of the chocolate in M&Ms is pretty trash tier.
i think that maybe they're softer. they have that kind of melty quality without actually melting, like it kind of explodes in your mouth, if you know what i mean?
and normal m&ms don't have that same quality. they're larger and harder (that's what she said), and take more effort to chew.
King Rat Hole my theory is that the ratio of chocolate to candy shell is much more complimentary in the mini m&m’s whereas in the more traditional m&m’s, although it seems sacrilege to say, the chocolate is slightly overpowering.

FOLKS: I can say that this recipe is 100% doable and 100% delicious! I have now made it at least four times, maybe more and every time I have gotten fluffy, soft, flavorful pretzels that everyone loves and cannot get enough of! Just remember to always give your yeast a tablespoon of sugar! Thank you so much Babish for giving me a go-to pretzel recipe!

I love that this pretzel order is actually a pay off from a conversation that Pam has with Michael, when she says that she will order for him so he can do some work. But he says that he wants it a specific way and he doesn’t want her to mess it up.

As a german watching the making of a sweet Bretzl makes my hearth hurting.
Whooo I I felt a little jittery just watching all that sugar happen.
How does sugar make people jittery? I've never experienced it.
It's mostly an imbalance. Your body gets so much sugar that on a cellular level your cells are going "Aaahhh too much of this thing!" And it makes you feel jittery. Your body does need some sugar to survive, but you eat something like that pretzel and that's too much. Usually when I get jittery if I eat some protein it helps me to feel a lot better. Because you also need protein and it really helps to balance you out.

I've only ever felt it the other way around. I feel jittery so I go get a churro or something and it makes me feel better.
