Thanks for a great answer. Here in Sweden there is almost no suing going on, but we create contracts and work agreements that cover most things. Maybe it's hard to create one that covers another creator leaving. I like the idea of loosing a portion of the IP % if you leave before it's finished. That makes sense. I could also see projects where the writer is the one who sells the books, and the artist being more grateful for being part of it. The work load is for sure an important aspect of it, but also the name of the creator. If you´re a big name, it will give you more power than a lesser know artist. As I said before, I really appreciate your channel as it gives us (wannabe) creators a real insight to the profession and the industry.
