Great stuff and can't wait to get the new add-ons ✊ And awesome to see an instrument maker that really cares and is building and advancing on the SP2400 ! Lovely ❤🔥♠
I love my S2400. It's the perfect size, has all the right features (8 outs, USB host), easy to use interface, really nice build quality and priced very affordably. Great little company and I will always support them and their products.
@@poorrichard1321 how patch in your S2400? Can you use the alternative inputs and the standard inputs at the same time? Or are you just using channels 1 and 2 out of the S2400 into channels 1 and 2 of the Six?
Why not a Tascam model? All channels on their own sampled into their own tracks, allows you to finish easily in a daw. Does the s2400 have something like over bridge from elektron , so 32 channels over usb into daw directly without a mixer
Ordering. Interested in this analog filter card as well. Sounding lovely. Followed this project for a long time but ever pull the trigger on an order. I like wait till the dust settles I guess.
I really really wish you guys would make this machine have something like the z plane filters. All the emu heads (me included) want a unit that surpasses the e4 platinum. Maybe an idea for your next unit.
I hope in a future workflow update to really play live on a party something like at least as rs7000 64 Styles with 16 pattern each style, now is only 100 Seq. As a mpc 60?
I might be missing something here, but what does it do that, for example, a Roland SP-404MKII can't do at a fraction of the price? I have watched quite a lot of videos on it now and have still not seen anyone do anything that much cheaper samplers can't do very quickly; the SP-404MKII, for example, is very fast and has a large number of effects and can record and/or inbound audio too. I really want to love this bit of kit but am struggling to see what its USP is.
Variable sample engines, 8 anolog outs, multi mode sync, a much more advanced sequence editor, filters can be recorded into the sequence (parameter locks), an actual song mode and just pattern chaining. Don't get me wrong I have the 404mkii also and love it but it's not this.
@@ILLUDIUM_Q_36 hey, I have the mkii and my goal is to purchase an S2400 soon. What can the SP do better than the S2400 and does it work well in tandem with it? Mainly referring to sequencing / sampling capabilities

Brilliant company, product and community, thanks for the shout out Brad :)
Nope... I wasn't nervous one little bit... nope.... lol
Your commitment to house music and this particular stripe of it always brings me such joy. Great stuff!
@Isla Instruments You guys were great and your passion is admirable! 😎👍🏼
You were nervous? OK, maybe a little bit, but the result is great and the nervousness so relatable.
Will we ever get sequencer for kordbot?
These guys are incredible, the S2400 is a future classic!

Amazing company. Can't wait to get mine in November. Thanks!
Great stuff, can’t wait for the live looper upgrade! That filter drive from the filter board sounds interesting. I will buy it all!
Best drum machine/sampler of the 2020’s. No question
It was great on day one, the amount of shit they keep adding is ridiculous, especially for how cheap it is.
Brad I love you. S2400 was the best thing I ever bought. And since then it was improved massively for free. cant wait for dsp card
S2400 and my SSL six go so well together...
Do you have the Big Six or just the six?
@@ILLUDIUM_Q_36 i got the six.. I don't use a computer much.

Doubled the polyphony 👍 8 individual analog filters in the work 🤯
that analog filter card will take the low end theory technique to a new level
That's freaking great news!!!
Love my 2400!
stoked for november!

Great to see this, how lucky we are with this music tech renaissance
Awww Mannn!! You guys have to make that timecode vinyl a priority. That will make you guys A+ numero uno. 💯😁
i love how these faders can go up when they are fully..up
My precious! 😬😬😬
It’s certainly got that bounce 😉
won't someone get this man a proper stand for a beat machine.
I just hope I can have both cards >_>
❤you guys
1399 ? on the plastic flyer. It’s about 2000 euro everywhere I look in European shops.
funky

I know it’s in the video the price was 1399 but on the website is 1799… I’ll be interested to know what made a difference in price to go up?
Knobcon special.
@2:22 was there a show special of $1,399?
Yes but it only ran through the Monday after the show and I knew this video would not be published until after that time so I didn't include that.
I will buy another Isal S2400 but im holding out for pre-installed expansion cards as im crap at DIY.. Hope it happens soon :)
Serious Shenanigans ….Best thing I did was believe in this project.
Muy bien animo con todas las cosas...vayamos todos con alegrias...
Will the DSP cards be user-installable?
Yeah buddy!
Do any users have issues with bugs ? Just curious.
Flagging this spam to @sonicstate
Yooo that timecode idea sounds amazing! Happy to wait for that
what is the price on the analog filters and would you install them if I buy a unit?
@vlad >> euclidean circles mode
When will the DSP card come and for how much? 😔
soon. not much..

1399?? How?
I get the feeling there is a coupon code for knobcon visitors?
Knobcon22. Its visible on the sign that was shown at 2:24. But it does not work anymore. Sign said offer ends Monday 12th September. 😢

nah MPCX spanks this . Nice that someone is doing this boutique stuff tho .
I own an mpc one and can say the s2400 definitely competes. You won't understand until you use one
