This is such an amazing recipe. I love how easy it is to swap some of the ingredients (in my case: farro for the rice, basil for the thai basil, and delicata squash for the carrots). The real star is the herb sauce-wow, so good! Feel like I’ll be using that for many other recipes too

Agreed, but when you say "Its not a grain it's a seed" thats still wrong, because ALL grains ARE seeds. All grains are seeds, not all seeds are grains. Grains are specifically seeds in the grass family.
