Y'know, that wrap is not going to be quick-release, but if it'c comfortable and doesn't add unreasonable weight (that'd be my concern), it'd give you a LOT of cordage in an emergency compared to the usual bracelets and the like. Sure a bit of quick-deploying cord somewhere is always useful, but even the slow variety can be useful in a real pinch if you've got a minute or two.
Have you tried gutting the 550 Paracord and used the nylon sheath for this wrap technique? (It may help to cut down on the bulk without the inner strands when working with a more narrow or more flimsy strap.) You could also experiment with smaller gauge Paracord (such as 425, 325, or 275) to see what works better for you and the strap you want to wrap. Good luck & Happy Trails! 🇺🇸 🏕

@@VickiKech No need to apologize! That's actually the first time anyone has thought that my voice was computer generated. I actually find that very funny haha. The ironic thing is that I lost my voice 2 weeks ago from laryngitis and it still hasn't completely come back yet and I was considering trying to us AI to clone my voice. 😬
@@TheWeaversofEternity It must be the lingering effects of laryngitis. I've listened many videos from Weavers of Eternity, and that was the only one that struck me odd. Thank you for your gracious response.

NICE! I am gonna do this for my sling bag Tomtoc. The strap hurt my neck a bit. Thanks. This will be my first time paracord project
I just got my GR1! and was looking for a handle wrap guide. Thank you for this 😁😁
Great idea for camera straps. Especially with heavier camera bodies or longer focal lenses!
Hoping I can use this to make my Savotta Jaakari S straps a bit more comfy for carrying heavier loads. Cheers!
I love see it this art, stresses me out.
I looked up diy paracord backpack strap; thinking I gotta do something about this Alpaka Tech Case Max strap.

Funny i got the same bag and had the same issue! Thanks :-)) and the best thing today my aliexpress paracord order arrived

Is there an equation for increasing the length?
Do you know where I can purchase a knotting tool in the UK ?.
I see you have a sheet of origami paper there do you do origami also if so please show it on your video
Oh, that's actually a handkerchief by Infinite Designs DE on Etsy.
Cool weave, although it doesn't work well on straps that are too thin and soft.

Would you say that in front of your mother? Why be so rude to someone giving you a free video? I do hope you see better days.
